GoogleVery pleased with the service and support we received both selling our house and purchasing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, providing viewings any time of the day and Sundays. Great communication and support from all the staff, especially Demi. Highly recommend if you are thinking of selling or buying through these estate agents. Thank you.

GoogleI have dealing with Simon within Pygott & Crone there was a slight issue with solicitors, however Simon rectified this and ensured there was no delay on exchange/completion. Simon has been very professional with ensuring regular updates and communication. I highly recommend him

GoogleWe have just moved and Pygott and Crone acted as our estate agents. It's so stressful whilst you are waiting to move. We were in a large chain that collapsed once and we has many problems along the way. Non of which were pygott and Crones fault. They were amazing. The commination from them was second to non. I want to shout out a massive thank you to DEMI and TOM they were so professional, honest and informative. Demi went up and beyond to do all she could to keep the chain from collapsing. Amazing guys.

GoogleSo helpful from start to finish. Alisha was particularly helpful in progressing the sale. She was patient when answering my questions and communicated with me frequently to make sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next. This was really appreciated as a first time buyer. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleI’m currently in the process of completing a house purchase with the Grantham branch. The small team have been welcoming and helpful, from the initial viewing with Luke through to Matt and Mark at Stonebow keeping me updated with the legal and financial side. Simon and particularly Demi have been outstanding with regular phone calls to advise about progress with the sale and make the whole procedure feel personal. Not having purchased a house since the 1990’s, it all seemed daunting at first but the team have been very professional and explained the many aspects that I needed to know. The regular updates have been very reassuring and made the whole process much more straightforward than I was expecting. Many thanks to the team; great job!

GoogleWe bought a property via the estate agents recently after moving from Nottingham to Hibaldstow. We needed a fair bit of help in lincs end not knowing the area but Pygott & Crone were with us all of the way through to moving in on 1st September. We have moved homes many times but these agents cannot be faulted and without them it would have been more stressful they helped at every issue we had. Thanks to the fantastic staff! If we should move again across the area we know who to contact!
