GoogleTracy Earth at the Spalding office is our hero! She was there for us throughout our purchase, acting as the bridge between our solicitor and the sellers’ solicitors. She answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. Our purchase was not as smooth as we had hoped, but thanks to Tracy, we managed to keep our sanity! GoogleVery disappointed with this company, having sold a few houses over the years, I have always had a regular communication with my estate agents, with Pycott and Crone, this was not the case! After we sold our property we spoke with them on the phone and have had no further contact from them since, no updates or anything on the sale of our property.. After exchange with our sale, u had a call from them which is the first call in 10 weeks, I raised my opinions on how unimpressed I was with their service, and was told they didn’t get involved once sold.. utter rubbish as no other estate agents work in this way !!! But the day after exchange they were very quick to email us their bill on our sale .. I will never use this company again very very disappointed by their service
