GoogleI had a lovely experience viewing properties with Charlie from purple frog this time round. I have been with purple frog for the last two years but this was the first time I can say I thoroughly enjoyed being taken around to see properties. Her patience and warmth really made the process very enjoyable and less stressful.

GoogleI was shown a property by Charlie, who was lovely. She was so friendly, accommodating and explained everything clearly. Charlie was even kind enough to wait for my friend who was lost trying to find the house, and her patience was appreciated. Charlie showed exceptional marketing skills alongside her friendly approach. I would recommend her, without shadow of a doubt, to other potential tenants!

GoogleCarla has been absolutely amazing today, she has helped us with all of our problems after moving to our new property. Nothing was too much trouble, and most issues were fixed within 24 hours.

GoogleMy daughter had an inspection with one of the agents- Harriet. She texted me to say it was going to take longer than expected as she and her house mate were told the house should be “clean to hotel standards”. The house was very clean. Harriet however was asking them to clean the skirting, remove a single strand of hair from the back of one of the toilets and remove a cobweb from the high ceiling and more. I had to intervene as there was no sign of them being able to leave. She claimed that the house would be cleaned by professionals yet there were a group of students waiting to move in. My daughter and her housemate left it far cleaner than when they moved in. My daughter has had multiple issues with the house including a ground floor window that wouldn’t close. No show for that but using every excuse to withhold their deposit. Shockingly bad service, arrogant and demeaning attitude from the agent. All round awful experience. Avoid at all costs!!

And Bec is really prompt on setting up everything really quickly, all my documents and tenancy got processed in a day thank you so much for that Bec, you are great. Also Michael was really helpful with everything on the front desk. Hope to have a wonderful experience with these guys.

GoogleI recently had an issue with my mattress moving into a new property. However I just wanted to praise the way the issue was handled by Sal who works at purple frog. He went above and beyond to ensure the issue was solved promptly and handled the situation in a very polite and professional manner even on his day off he is an asset to this company.
