GoogleI selected Preston Baker from a shortlist of three, and it was a decision I never regretted. All the team were friendly and professional, and we were especially lucky with Rachel, who conducted lots of the viewings. She was efficient, reliable, good-humoured.....and got on well with all of us (myself, my daughter, and my cat!). The fee was money well spent......and well earned.
We are so glad you picked us too! Please say hi to your cat from us :) Kind regards, Team PB

GoogleDealt with Preston Baker for a number of years now and can say within the LS17 region they are the best out about in comparison to others. Honest, professional and straight to the point. Rachel in the Moortown branch executes her promises and ensures the task is carried out to the best of her ability. Nothing is ever too much despite how many times I contacted her in the week for updates. Il recommend them to family and friends as the service is great. Massive thanks to the whole team too. David, Ish and Julie were all great.

Julie was instrumental in securing our purchase and Rachel was proactive in carrying out our sale, managing & holding the launch day, organising second viewings and progressing to best & final offers quickly & efficiently. Julie & Rachel have been professional and friendly throughout and we appreciate all their efforts.

GoogleChloe Hollows from PrestonBaker dealt with our house sale efficiently and effectively from the day we arranged our sale through the Selby Office. The photographes were excellent and the Lauch Chloe managed, resulted in viewings that were booked up within minutes of the property being put onto the market and that subsequently provided us with 4 offers and the house SSTC in less than 4 working days. Throughout the following weeks to Completion Chloe worked tirelessly and kept us all informed, sometimes on a daily basis. We bought with PrestonBaker too and this just demonstrates how they genuinely look at the market and assist their clients. My family were Estate Agents for over 40 years so my recommendation does not come lightly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe can’t thank Chloe, and Zoe, enough for all their support when selling a house as a result of Probate. We were stressed and distressed and did not understand the process. Chloe was so warm, friendly, approachable, whilst being very professional and organised; nudged solicitors, kept us in the loop, explained things, went above and beyond. Helped us through a difficult time. Can’t praise or recommend Preston Baker highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
