We have had a great experience with Preston Baker, who have gone above and beyond throughout the house-selling process! Clara has kept us in the loop through the entire sale, and made sure we were fully up-to-date and well informed. Everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend Preston Baker to anyone about to embark on selling their house.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

I’m purchasing a property the sale of which Rachel Lansdell is managing. She has been extremely professional & trustworthy, communicating regularly to all parties involved, doing all the chasing & updating to ensure things are going smoothly. I would definitely recommend Rachel to friends & family who may wish to sell their houses.

I purchased a property via Preston Bakers Moortown office. The sale was handled via Rachel. She was extremely friendly, but polite and professional. She kept checking with myself and my solicitor and the vendors side on a regular basis and liaised promptly with the vendors when issues arose or came back on the survey. Given the unprecedented times we are in, I cannot fault the level of service she provided.

Recently I bought a property through Preston Baker Moortown branch, David was the sale negotiator, was very professional and very helpful between me and the vendor. Rachel after sale manager was great, she always kept me and my solicitor updated, responding to our emails very quickly. Great place to buy and sale from. Thank you Preston Baker 👏👏

We have just purchased our dream home through Preston Baker and I would highly reccomend them. In particular Rachel has been fantastic and a huge help. In a time when Estate Agents are super busy because of the Stamp Duty holiday she has been super friendly and responsive and kept us up to date every step of the way. She is a credit to the company - Thank you Rachel!

Estate agents aren’t many peoples favourites and although they may not be at the top of my list of party guests I found the Moortown office a very likeable bunch. I have a very straightforward no nonsense approach and found that Rachel Landsell was the ultimate professional in our dealings. Rachel kept me informed at all times during the sale of my property especially through the inevitable ups and downs of any property sale and also negotiated a favourable rate on temporary rental property. Recommended !

I have really enjoyed the process so far and with the help of Rachel Lansdell I have been able to keep on top of the conveyancing process who has also helped in effective communication and negotiation with the vendor. It has been very easy to book a survey and valuation appointments. Overall, I would really recommend Preston Baker who have people like Rachel, passionate in doing what they are good at which is to help buyers and sellers.
