This company has a cheek to call them sales solicitors I have had them handling the divorce case for me. I am totally disabled with arthritis and partially sighted. It’s got two accounts now where they sent a letter to my wife at the wrong address she hadn’t lived at that address for about 12 years it’s got two accounts now where they won’t even speak to me they ask me why I am on the telephone and they’re never in. I don’t know how they’ve got the liberty to call themselves solicitors. They are absolutely useless.

Great estate agents & legal team they sold a house I inherited . I live 160 miles away but they kept me informed by phone or email nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond to make the sale as easy as possible. Poole Townsend are probably the best estate agents to use in my experience so far as regards buying and selling. I've really appreciated the work that the staff put in to sell my property, the girls are very polite, friendly and professional. They do get the job done quickly and efficiently! A big thank you to Mia, Cally and Vicky for all their help and anybody else who was involved in my sale. I will definitely use Poole Townsend again.

I recently re located to Cumbria and bought my property through Poole Townsend. I dealt with Kellie from the Milnthorpe office. She was really professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. She always contacted me when she said she would and went out of her way to help with all my enquiries, even after the sale. I can’t recommend them enough. 5* service.

We quite like this property, it appears to have everything I need. I will be making arrangements to drive up to Cumbria in the next few weeks and would like to view this one. There are a couple of other properties in Askam I wish to view too so will try and arrange a time to view those as well. Do you know if the Travel Lodge is open in Barrow as we will need somewhere to stay for a few nights. I cannot come up this week as I have viewings for my own property throughout the week and next weekend. I am also interested in some properties in Dalton too so will try and get them sorted out for viewing at the same time. I need to see the area each property is situated in to se if I will be happy living there. I am looking to buy possibly 2 properties in the same area, one for me and one for my daughter. Both properties will need to be reasonably close to each other, and around the same price. Many thanks for the viewings I have seen so far. I am a cash buyer, so no mortgages will be required. I am completely disgusted with the service received from the Barrow Branch here! Numerous issues with my rental property for over a year now and they still aren’t resolved! False promise after false promise to contact me to get them resolved and never happens. Hound you if it’s something they need doing like an inspection or boiler servicing! However when it comes to fixing problems with your rental absolutely useless and repeatedly pass the buck onto the next colleague.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Big Thankyou to Mia at the Kendal branch for helping me in sell my flat which was sold though the Affordability Scheme on the council. All at the Kendal Branch were so helpful and there for the many many questions I had whilst selling my property. I dont plan on moving again anytime soon as that was a little stressful but If I do decide to move again it will deffinatley be with Poole & Townsend. We used Kendal Poole Townsend Estate Agents and Solicitors. As both services were at the same office, it meant we didn't have to liaise with other businesses and meant the house Sale went through as smoothly as possible. They sold our property within 4 days! We can definately recommend Cally, Craig and Mia in the Estate Agency side, and Daniel in the Solicitors.
