Googlenot acceptable to be selling a house with exposed wiring. if that was live it could kill somebody or cause a fire. looking at the wires its been like that for years and nobodys done anything about it, dont you guys have inspections for this purpose?

GoogleShocking conveyancing, took 18 weeks for a cash buyer, no chain, same solicitors on both sides (which was pooles) and no serious problems. My solicitor was so slow, no advice on any legal issues. Can't fault pooles sales negotiators, they were the ones who had to push the solicitor to communicate with me and even that didn't work. I don't recommend Poole Townsend solicitors.

GoogleThis morning I received a text message reminding me I had a viewing that day. I duly went to the viewing and waited outside the property in torrential rain for 15 minutes. I rang the office to see where the agent was. Oh it's ok they'll be on their way we know you have a viewing they said. Another 15 minutes passed and I rang again as the agent still hadn't turned up. They said they would phone the agent and ring me back. They rang back to say Sorry the viewing has been cancelled as the owner has accepted an offer!! How about letting me know not sending text messages to confirm the viewing. It seems the news hadn't gone round the office that the property had sold said the woman on the phone. I had presumed they had computers. The inefficiency was astounding and then to find out the property went for less than the asking price. I had already decided to offer over the asking price. Then to add insult to injury I had to lose out financially as well as I had to cancel a work appointment. To say I'm angry is an understatement.

GoogleNever answer the phone, they always seem to have a million a one questions to ask when trying to talk to someone or when you email them more do they get back to you when you have answered all the millions of questions..... JUST ANSWER THE PHONE.....
