GoogleWe experienced the efficiency of Poole Townsend in 2021 when buying our first house in Kendal so decided to choose them when we sold. Everything so far has been dealt with brilliantly and happily we sold within 3 days of our first viewing. I have been particularly impressed by the cheerful and calm manner of Cally Hall who has guided us efficiently through the process so far. Also Amy and Jill have been so helpful. We used the conveyancing services before and were amazed how quickly and efficiently everything was dealt with, particularly so soon after lockdown in 2021so are looking forward to the same excellent service again.

GoogleI have sold and bought several homes with Poole Townsend over the years. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They kept me fully updated, followed up viewings and kept the process moving forward. The legal team are wonderful & have a simple online service to hold all the legal documents in one place. The photography and viewing hosts were amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Incredible team and excellent value for money. I wouldn't use anyone else.
