I've been with PFP homes for over 20…

I've been with PFP homes for over 20 years I've been told twice by two housing officer s I would get a new kitchen ( hasn't arrive) my front bedroom window looks like a big water fall when we have a storm ,there come our look at gutting clean it .then leave it the rain comes through the window and now has come through the brick wood and started with black mould in the corner of the bedroom, on the electrical and plumbing staff you can not fault them .

It seems to me that if you are law…

It seems to me that if you are law abiding then you get no help off anybody but if you are a law breaker or a trouble maker places for people seem to go out of their way to protect them

As a tenant i am extremely dissatisfied…

As a tenant i am extremely dissatisfied with your level of customer assistance. Ive been waiting a year now for my kitchen to be fixed and keep getting let down to the point when workmen dont even turn up. Ive had to take 3 days of work during the last year with no work taking place. This is not fair and and extremely disappointing.

It doesn't treat people the same they let other people get away with stuff yet others getting threatened with eviction especially when it comes down to your garden

Well I thought I was moving into a nice…

Well I thought I was moving into a nice little flat with no issues as I had been told all work has been done, since moving in I've found many issues with the house and been told with covid 19 no repairs will be done which I think is ridiculously since work men had already been in the property.

Great landlord for sure

Great landlord for sure. My main concern however is the lack of maintenance to newer properties as this leads to deterioration. We need walls painted maybe even every two years and pavements blasted with a pressure washer to remove weeds, dirt and moss. Other than that, absolutely great landlord with affordable rent.

Not helpfull

I was not happy at the fact that I had to pay for a electrition to come out to replace a light in my bathroom that wasnt working as I was told this was not an emergency even though I have a child living in my house. In past a past calls i have also complained about how unsercure my front door locking is. 1 yale lock. Normal key lock was removed by places for people and never replaced. Slide locks are that rusted they are no use. Chain lock is put on backwards so is useless and also cracked door frame inside and out. I think it's very disappointing how much rent I pay to be told to fix these all myself. Door is clearly not secure especially when I have a child living with me aswel!

Have been a customer for 6 years and…

Have been a customer for 6 years and have to say I am happy with places for people whenever I have got an appointment for a repair they have always come on the day and time they said they would I am happy with the service feel happy and secure knowing I rent my home from places for people they have always been really good wouldn't want to rent from anyone else.

Pfp are the worst housing assosiation

Pfp are the worst housing assosiation. Iv had bedroo. Ceiling collapse n now sleepin on mattress on floor due to neglect of repairs. Fed up of lies and neglect. Im living in a death trap with no support from pfp. Utter disgrace. Lost my family bible when ceiling collapsed. Whole bedroom covered in asbestos fibres. Still not replaced evetything as have had 4 operations. 5 mnths on and still hearing lies and bull.... area manager promised me the earth if i didnt make a claim for anything. Still waiting!!!!! Places for people are a terrible organisation n i wouldnt use ther properties as kennels

Horrendous

been trying to move as I'm disabled and living upstairs. I have horrendous neighbours. And places for people couldn't give a .... ive called so many times in the past only to be fobbed off as usual

I was not happy as I put in 3 request…

I was not happy as I put in 3 request for repairs, and I got the emergency water leak sorted the next day, and the other 2 repairs you cannot give me a date for the repairs as i have to wait till I receive a letter from you and thats why I put 3 stars for very poor communication and having to make us wait till you are ready to give us a date.I understand we are in a Pandemic but now we are coming out of lockdown and services should resume back to normal.

Did nothing for us when we had 3masked…

Did nothing for us when we had 3masked and tooled up men smash are front door in ,at 3am also would not even let us pay for a solid Door putting on ourselves we was disappointed 😔 and have now move away

You don't even bother to speak with your tenant of 20 years and ask why they are complaining and if I am okay or wish to speak with the housing officer.
