GoogleWe found that working with PFK in Cockermouth, to sell a property as part of probate, was a fairly painless affair. Everyone seemed helpful and efficient, kept us in the loop and we found that Julie (with whom we mainly dealt) was easy-going as well as having her finger on the pulse of what was happening (a rare combination!). So, a good experience and a firm I can happily recommend.

GoogleWe have recently bought and sold through PFK Cockermouth and have been delighted with the excellent service we received. The Cockermouth team is professional, experienced and knowledgeable, but also extremely approachable and friendly. In my opinion, there’s no substitute for a local high street agent; they know their clients and have a wealth of local knowledge. Also, being able to pop in for a chat is invaluable! Thank you all.
