Bought a property via PFK Cockermouth

Bought a property via PFK Cockermouth. Pauline was great from the beginning. She was easy to get hold of, responded to messages and emails quickly made contact with the buyers when needed. So many EAs are lacking in all of this - as we found out when house hunting - but PFK were great throughout. Thanks Pauline.

Would definitely recommend PFK, we dealt with Charles and Julie at Cockermouth branch and from the beginning to the end they were there helping us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely 5 star treatment.

Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Charlie for all the hard work. We pulled our offer and Charlie messaged us to ask us to put our offer back in and it was accepted. Charlie went above and beyond is all I can say. Thank you we have and will be recommending you.

Outstanding service from start to…

Outstanding service from start to finish! We didn’t actually use PFK to sell our own property, but they were the agents for the house we were purchasing and they were excellent throughout. They were the ones who kept things moving and regularly updated us when we weren’t hearing anything from our solicitor. The process took six months to complete, and I genuinely think we might still be waiting if it hadn’t been for PFK pushing things forward. Rebecca in particular was fantastic and did a brilliant job keeping everything progressing.

Massive shout out to Jenny in Penrith.

Massive shout out to Jenny in Penrith. I am dealing with multiple estate agents in the area due to relocating and others are either too busy or give the impression they don't care/are not helpful whereas my experience with Jenny is so personable. She understands how big a deal buying a new house is and really whats to help you find something that will suit your needs/make you happy rather than "a sale". Thank you Jenny

I have no hesitation in recommending …

I have no hesitation in recommending PFK Penrith to other sellers. They marketed the house really well, with lots of viewers. I felt that I was in really good hands when negotiating decisions about offers and the many tricky aspects of selling the house. I really appreciated having someone allocated to support and advise me, Rebecca was always supportive and clearly had lots of expertise and Kat was the same for me in Rebecca's absence. The team seem to really care about their clients and about acheiving a sale for them

PFK Keswick have honestly been amazing…

PFK Keswick have honestly been amazing from start to finish. I’ve felt completely supported the whole way through, and nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. They’ve kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and always made time for me, even when things got a bit stressful. You can really tell they care about what they do and about the people they’re helping. What stood out most is how they consistently went above and beyond, not just doing the basics, but actually taking the time to make sure I felt confident and comfortable with every step. It’s rare to find that level of kindness and dedication these days, and it made such a difference. I’m genuinely grateful for everything they’ve done, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PFK Keswick to anyone. Chloe and Hannah have been absolutely brilliant throughout.

5* service from start to finish

Cannot rate PFK Keswick branch highly enough for their service and support throughout our recent house search & purchase, especially Hannah Sims who went above and beyond to help us. Hannah took the time to establish exactly what we were looking for in our new home, and matched us perfectly. We were new to the English house buying process, but again Hannah helped guide us through what to expect, what was required from us and when, and proactively did all she could to keep everything on track with all parties involved. Highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic service from start to finish. Thanks again!

The best estate agents in Cockermouth. They were the most pro active of all the agents I tried. After many months of looking I finally found the most perfect property and I’m so happy it was through PFK. Special mention to Charlie. He is an asset to your company and was a joy to deal.

From my initial contact with PFK I have been extremely impressed by their professionalism. Nina went out of her way to ensure the property was marketed in time for Easter leaving her very little time. Rebecca who has been dealing with the sale has been exceptional in every way. Keeping me up to date, leasing with Solicitors on our behalf and responding to all calls and correspondence promptly. Simply 1st Class . I cannot recommend the whole team at PFK enough. Thank you

Although this estate agency were acting for the people we were buying from, they helped and supported us way beyond what they needed to have done. We found ourselves contacting them as they were so knowledgeable, efficient and got things done. I would 100 percent recommend Hannah, Chloe and the team at PFK .

Charles and his colleagues were very attentive and helpful in our purchase of our new home and kept us up to speed of any developments along the way. Aside from the fact we will not be moving again I would contact Charles first if we did!

We recently purchased a property through this branch, there assistance in the whole process was faultless, from recommending a brilliant mortgage advisor to allowing us multiple viewings, Charlie Shaw in particular was a pleasure to deal with and is great at his job, the whole process taking only 7 weeks, we can't thank them enough.

Our Sale and Purchase

We had the lovely Rebecca helping us along with our sale and purchase. Safe to say its been a rocky journey from start to finish but we finally got there and are moving into our dream home in time for Christmas. If it wasn't for Rebecca we certainly wouldn't be where are now getting ready to move. To say she went above and beyond for us is an understatement. We have had alot of ups and downs, but she kept the faith and the chain going. We couldn't be more grateful. It even got to the point where she knew my number when I rung the office we spoke that much! A huge thank you to Rebecca for helping us so much throughout this process, it has definitely tested me at times. You are a great asset to PFK and you are simply amazing at what you do. Keep doing what your doing and helping lots of other people sell and buy their dream homes. We couldn't fault you and PFK right from the start. Thank you again for all your help and hardwork in getting this over the line for us.
