GoogleFrom start to finish my experience of purchasing our home through Peter Lane they demonstrated one of the best examples of customer service I have received from any company in any sector. This was entirely down to the dedicated friendly and professional staff. Trust is not just given, but is earned and they earned are trust. Throughout the process it was clear that the vendor was their client and was at the heart of what they were doing, and for this reason if we ever move I will be asking them to market our house. Caroline, Stuart and Gavin were excellent at making sure that everything in their control ran as smoothly as possible. House moving is not without its bumpy patches and during these times Peter Lane were communicative, responsive and worked to keep things on track. The end result been that we got the home that we wanted. Caroline, Stuart and Gavin I am so grateful for the service you provided us with. We recently purchased a property through Peter Lane at Kimbolton in the run up to the stamp duty holiday. They have a wealth of experience and are very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Despite the pressure they were under they remained very responsive and liaised between seller and Solicitor to ensure all information was provided without delay ensuring the transaction was completed in record time and taking advantage of the Stamp Duty holiday. Would highly recommend.
