Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute First Class service from everyone at Peter Lane, St Neots. Nothing was too much trouble. We never had to chase them for answers, they were on top of everything. Honest, straight forward, completely engaging and made the whole experience so easy. Great to have agents with great personalities 🤗. Could not recommend them highly enough. If you are looking to sell your property, they are seriously the Best around. Huge thanks to Gavin, Stewart, Caroline and the rest of the team. It's been a pleasure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleWe used Peter Lane as our estate agent as they clearly had a good understanding of the St Neots and the Local area housing markets and also the impacts of Rightmove on pricing. Once contracts were signed with Peter Lane things moved quickly with several viewings and an offer within a week or so. There were then some issues within the chain which Stuart at Peter Lane took time to counsel us through and explain probable outcomes and what our options were. Things still dragged on and in the end Stuart grasped the nettle and contacted the other agents in the chain constantly to push the process forward when no one else seemed to be bothered and he always kept us in the loop - We felt he had gone above and beyond in his efforts to get the job done, he always returned calls and replied to emails and we would and have recommended him to anyone wishing to sell their property - we believe we received a 5 star service!

After receiving several underestimated valuations from other agents, who seemed more focused on quick statistics than the property's actual worth, it was refreshing to work with Stuart. His valuation was a true representation of our home's value, and he delivered on that promise. Despite not 'under-pricing' for an easy win, the team's proactive marketing still secured us a lightning-fast sale. The entire journey to exchange has been completely stress-free, and we truly appreciate the professionalism that has allowed us to move forward with our dream move to the Scottish Highlands.
