TrustpilotWhen a sale takes a long time
Throughout a protracted sale process the numerous members of staff with whom I had contact, initially personally and then after my return to Scotland, were helpful, approachable and beyond the call of duty. Despite frustration about the lengthy process I was confident of the advice and support given to me and cannot speak too highly of the excellent service given.

Not a very good service, doors and windows left open and unlocked after viewings.No ongoing update on progress or offers.We had to keep chasing the agent to get up to date information.Too much emphasis on reasons why people would not buy the property and no information about offers that had been made.

Dear Mr & Mrs Allen, Thank you for your review although we are of course sorry you feel this way. We would like to comment however that in relation to offers, all offers were followed up in writing and we then had a meeting with Mr Allen in the office to discuss them. In regards to the progress once a sale had been agreed, I can see from the file that extensive sales chasing was carried out and I would be more than happy to provide you with a copy of this if you wish as I can see that overall we never went more than two or three days without speaking to someone linked with the transaction. In regards to the door we are deeply sorry for the occasion this happened. Please do feel free to contact me to discuss this further. I was selling my mum's house. It sold within a week and completed within 4. The staff understood the difficulties in emptying the property so quickly. They kept ontop of chain and made sure all went through in this case very fast. I had a weekly update although had more contact to ensure all went smoothly. Friendly professional and local knowledge.

Peter Clarke & Co have been amazing. When our original buyers dropped out they were very supportive and optimistic. Our property was on Rightmove the same night and we had sold again within a week for well over the asking price. We had a bit of a setback at the end but due to their hard work we will be able to move on the date we wanted.We are so glad that we chose Peter Clarke to be our agents and would like to thank Matthew, Jane and Renee for their support and enthusiasm.
