Chloe and her team at Peter Clarke Wellesbourne were always extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Chloe guided us through the new, to us, process of selling at online auction to a successful outcome. It was very reassuring to know that any query was dealt with immediately, we were never left waiting. We chose Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne as we liked how Kerry and the team came across to us, they were genuine and interested in us as the seller. They were professional in how they operated and were respectful of all parties involved throughout the process. Our main contact Chloe kept us informed of progress every step of the way, but we also noted how the rest of the team seamlessly picked up any queries we had too, which indicated a good team who worked together well. They are real people who you can speak to or even visit in branch, and who phone you back too, and not just provide email updates on an online portal, which we liked! We would certainly use Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne again.

We had an excellent experience selling our Warwick home through Peter Clarke Leamington Spa office. Sincere thanks to the team there who were so helpful, friendly and professional throughout. It really was a pleasure dealing with them and they made the whole process fun and exciting and not at all stressful. Particular thanks to Pav who was our main agent. She is incredibly calm, friendly and professional, exactly the kind of person you want by your side during a stressful process. I honestly couldn't recommend her highly enough. Pav's communication skills are exceptional. She balanced negotiations between all parties perfectly and is incredibly fast and efficient. Pav is also lovely to chat to and has a nice perspective and sense of humour (invaluable!). In terms of the actual selling of the house. Wow. Pav managed to secure multiple offers over our asking price and the house was sold within two weeks. Amazing. The photographs and overall information pack and presentation of the property online was fantastic too. Pav picks up the phone immediately if she has an update or anything to check with you. You really feel like she's on your side and you are important and a priority all the way through the process. We had not sold & bought a house before so she was the perfect person for us - a calm and reassuring presence making the whole house selling/buying journey smooth and, yes, actually enjoyable. I believe whenever you are considering a purchase or a service you buy off the company or person you feel comfortable with.when I meet Matthew for the first time who was the third estate agent we invited to view our property and value it . Matthew was very professional and confident which gave me the confidence to select Peter Clark to act as our agent.after viewing the video walk through I was so impressed that I actually wanted to make an offer on my own property . Our experience with Peter Clarke has been extremely positive. After dealing with two other letting agents over the years who provided very disappointing service, we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and dedication of the Peter Clarke team.It is short-sighted not to treat tenants well, as although they may only rent for a short term, these individuals could go on to use the services again, whether it be to rent, buy, sell, or let. In contrast, Peter Clarke has set a new standard for us. The entire staff are brilliant, especially Emma Zyko, who managed our property with exceptional care and efficiency. What a shame I have seen a property i like in Stratford-upon-avon went to Peter Clarks in Stratford upon Avon and was told unless I have sold my property or at least sold it subject to contract they would not show me the property that I came down to have a look at so disappointed How can you possibly know if you like a property without seeing it (it’s not like you can just walk past it. It’s in a gated area) maybe another estate agents will be a better way to go Madness
