They ensured that I received the offer that I wanted on my house, and went above and beyond when after having an offer accepted on a house to buy there were issues up the chain. My first impression of Renée was spot on, from the day she called to value my property right through to completion. I trusted her implicitly as she talked me through the initial process and we spoke regularly from that point on. The feedback cards after each viewing were really helpful and I honestly felt she was as delighted as I was when we received the offer I accepted. My property was listed on 19th October, open house booked for 29th October with sale agreed 2nd October 2022. Completion was 16th January 2023. 8 offers from 9 viewings! Renée and the team were so professional throughout and a credit to Peter Clarke. I would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you

Fantastic service from Renee and all the team at Leamington Spa. Professional, caring and respectful thoughtout the sale of my parents home from beginning to end. My Father moved to a Nursing Home and Renee made sure the sale of the house went as smoothly as possible. A difficult situation for the family was made so much easier knowing that Renee was tying up all the loose ends to make sure the sale ran smoothly for us. I recently used Peter Clarke to assist in the sale of my property.After the initial contact, my file was passed too Renee to bring the chain together, this was a challenging chain consisting of five parties. Renee worked extremely hard to get all parties to exchange, where others in the process seemed to just sit back.Renee was the ultimate professional and even kept me updated on days she was away from the office. I wouldn’t recommend Peter Clarke based on the service I received from the Stratford upon Avon branch in particular Kerry and Harriet.Firstly, we were told that all viewings would be done on one or a couple of days. This did not happen, all the viewings were scattered as and when it suited those who viewed. They did not take into consideration that we are both working full time from home, and this was not always practical.On one of the viewing we were not home so asked that Kerry would hold on to the keys and put them through the letterbox when done. She held onto our keys for a week and we had to call the office to be told they would be dropped off but they were not dropped off until a further chaser.Once we had sold, we were being called and emailed on a daily basis with regards to updates relating to matters being out of our control. Having found a buyer for our house they had set very unrealistic timescales to appease the buyers this was under two months. For any buyer this would have been the dream… and as such the buyers rightly so kept pushing for everything to be expedited.We were specifically advised by Kerry to contact our management company ourselves in order to obtain a management pack as she advised that doing this ourselves would ‘speed up’ the process. As per her instruction we contacted the management company who were unable to liaise with us directly due to this being a matter that needed to be dealt with by the solicitor. As a result of the incorrect information, we endured over a month of constant calls and emails both from Harriet and Kerry asking what progress had been made with the management company. It even got to a point where Kerry pretended to be my partner to contact the management company herself. After a whole month had passed and no progress, I contacted my solicitor to advise that we are still waiting for the management pack, she made contact with the management company and within a day she was in receipt of the management pack because the request had to come from the solicitor. If we hadn’t been incorrectly advised in the first instance, we would have saved a lot of hassle.We had a lot of calls and emails from them all in a chasing nature for the sole interest of the buyer, it genuinely felt like we were not their client who would have been paying for their service and the buyer was!As a result of this our sale had fallen through and subsequently, we were not able to fulfil the purchase of our new home. We were left quite upset by the whole experience but they didn’t really care… once we were told the sale had fallen through they didn’t bother contacting us again until over a week later to ask if we wanted to relist our house again.

In response to your comments, we did try to fit viewings around you however this isn’t always possible if viewers can’t make those times.We advised you of the buyers timescales before accepting the offer which you did not have to accept. I know my colleagues will have and always try hard to chase through all of our sales, we have dealt with many sales in the area and from experience there is a specific process in which the managing agent asks how a pack is to be ordered, which is normally always by the vendor. Your solicitor had been copied into communication to ensure they were aware on what was happening and I know we have offered you the best advice.I am very sorry you feel we didn’t care as customer service is extremely important to us, if you would like to discuss this further please do contact me on barney@peterclarke.co.uk 01789 415444 option 2.

I recently purchased a property in Solihull through Russell Patterson and I can honestly say that the service he provided was absolutely superlative! I never expected to become a home owner after viewing just a single property but to my surprise we were fortunate enough to have experienced a seamless and almost effortless process completing within 2 months during the busy stamp duty holiday period. I’m sure that we can attribute much of this to Russell having matched us to the right property and expertly negotiated our purchase. I don’t think we would have managed to get hold of our new home without Russell’s help and expertise so I am very grateful and would highly recommend Russell to anybody looking to buy or sell their property. Compared to dealings with a different local agent, I found that Peter Clarke estate agents offer a much more tailored service with, in my view, a more successful business model with superior communication and less stress.

GooglePeter Clarke Leamington Spa are an absolute dream to work with. I initially met Matthew when he came to value our property. He was really friendly and was honest about what he thought about our house which we appreciated. He gave us some hints and tips on how to sell our property quickly. 6 weeks after being listed with them it sold. Due to unforseen circumstances our sale/purchase took over 7 months to complete. During this time whenever I called Renee, Giles, Mandy and Jane were more than willing to update me or chase for an update. Renee took over sales progression and was excellent at chasing other parties involved in the sale. She kept me informed every step of the way, managed our expectations professionally and when I found things too tough to handle she was more than sympathetic and realistic about what may or may not happen.
