We initially had an awful experience with another agent but Peter Clarke were nothing like our previous agents. From start to finish the staff at Leamington Spa were really professional, knowledgable and honest. We sold our house and purchased our new house through them. Renée is brilliant, she works so incredibly hard and nothing seems too much for her. She’s always so helpful and replies to calls and emails really quickly. Matthew has been excellent and gave us help when we really needed it and pointed us in the right direction. We can not thank the staff enough for everything they did to help us in the sale and purchase of our homes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone and if we required an estate agent in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Russell was an absolute dream to work with on the sale of my two bed apartment in Dickens Heath, Solihull. Very efficient and friendly company

Peter Clarke & Co have been amazing. When our original buyers dropped out they were very supportive and optimistic. Our property was on Rightmove the same night and we had sold again within a week for well over the asking price. We had a bit of a setback at the end but due to their hard work we will be able to move on the date we wanted.We are so glad that we chose Peter Clarke to be our agents and would like to thank Matthew, Jane and Renee for their support and enthusiasm.

Ellie and her team at the Chipping…

Ellie and her team at the Chipping Campden office were absolutely brilliant. Got much more for our house than other agents suggested. We got the full asking price but that's only half the story ! Ellie went above and beyond to get the sale over the line to exchange of contracts - fantastic service ! Can't fault Peter Clarke. We have moved several times but can honestly say the service provided was exceptional and better than we experienced elsewhere. My advice is that online agents could never get a better price or provide such a brilliant service than that provided by Ellie at Peter Clarke, Chipping Campden.

Wonderful Service

On walking into the office in Euston Place I was warmly welcomed and felt immediately at ease. I sat down with Renee and she took me through all the stages of selling our property. On visiting our home, Renee and Katie were both very professional and friendly at the same time. Everyone was very relaxed. We discussed the pro's and con's with the house before agreeing on the asking price or guide price. The brochure and sales literature was excellent and we soon started getting viewings. After only a matter of a few weeks we received an offer and we agreed that Peter Clarke would try to get the offer raised. This was achieve to our satisfaction and the rest is history.I would strongly recommend Peter Clarke.

I will never invest another penny in…

I will never invest another penny in buying a house from someone that is represented by this agency. The way that we’ve been treated stinks of underhand, immoral and dishonourable practices.Days away from exchanging after investing thousands of pounds and tens of hours of effort on a purchase, the transaction, without notice or introduction to the person concerned, was handed to a ‘partner’ who told us a third party has offered a “significant” amount more than us (when in fact it was a fraction of the agreed price). The facts are:1. We’d agreed a purchase about 2.5 months before and were ready to exchange having just days before received a local search that we’d be waiting almost the whole time for;2. I had shared the local search with the agent as confirmation that it had been received. Upon being aware a day or two after that there was a third party involved, I immediately emailed the individual the search had been shared with asking for confirmation it would not be shared with anyone else. Confirmation was deliberately withheld and I was told simply that the file had been handed to a ‘partner’;3. The ‘partner’ initially introduced the third party as someone who’d previously viewed the house and now having sold their house was in a position to proceed with cash. Subsequently, I was told the third party was actually a builder when I queried whether they were aware of the condition of the house (which was a big project). Why wasn’t the third party described as a builder from the outset? If it’s a builder’s business to buy, destroy/rebuild/renovate homes of the value we are taking about (c£1m+ just for the plot) it makes no sense to me that they wouldn’t have financial arrangements in place that would facilitate the purchase just a few months before the making of this new offer.4. As above, I was told the third party made an offer that was a “substantial” increase but it was in fact just 1.78% more than the amount we’d agreed to pay and we were ready to exchange! My understanding was that the vendors were actually inheriting the proceeds from a deceased father and in real terms, less IHT I think they’d have been about £5k better off per person. I spent more than that getting to the point of exchange! 5. In reality the agents knew I could never really compete by increasing my offer given the timeframes. The bank had already valued it at the agreed purchase price and any variations would have all needed to be agreed with the bank who would have taken days to respond and approve it.As for the vendor concerned, I can only hope that one day someone treats you the way you have treated us.

We have had the best experience with…

We have had the best experience with the whole team at Peter Clarke, nothing was too much hassle. Unfortunately the sale of our house fell through 3 times, but each and every time they sold the house again within days. We were extremely greatful for this as we were able to keep our purchase going! Renee has been exceptional throughout the whole process. My phone calls and emails were always returned and even when I had my “wobble” moments our morale was always lifted. We highly recommend Peter Clarke and would not hesitate to use them again In the future. We will be sending everyone we know selling their property their way. From the start of my transaction; I first made contact with Jane by telephone to let her know I was looking to buy an investment property in the Leamington area, in particular, Gas Street. Jane did, indeed, ring me on a Sunday afternoon to let me know that she has been out to this property and would I be interested in viewing it. That was the start, considering it was a Sunday, I was impressed to say the least. From then on, she has kept me informed on a regular basis and any questions or queries I have had with regard to the property, she duly dealt with speedily, efficiently and came back with the appropriate information. Jane Canning is a rare commodity in this day and age and Peter Clarke should be proud that she represents their company. I deal with Estate Agents on a regular basis as I am an Investment Buyer. This has been by far, the most efficient and pleasant experience I have had. I hope, that in the future, I can have more dealings with the company. Because of the way I have been dealt with, I have decided to use the "Full Management Service" which, incidentally, Jane Canning offered right at the start of these negotiations. So, not only did she promote the Sales side of their business, she also, promoted the Rental side too!

A brilliant letting experience from the owner's pov

We have been delighted with the way staff at Peter Clark in Stratford have managed the letting of our one-bedroom flat. From our first meeting with Michael, lettings manager, we felt confident that the Peter Clark team would do a good job for us. Indeed Karen, who had the job of finding a suitable tenant for us, kept us well informed at every stage of the process right through to the successful tenant's move into the flat. Throughout this process Karen handled all the necessary paperwork, responded to the new tenant's questions and requests and checked with us if anything cropped up about which she needed our confirmation or consent. We have nothing but praise for the way in which the Peter Clark team has helped us with this letting. We cannot recommend Peter Clark strongly enough and would have no hesitation in choosing them again.
