Generally good. Dropped a star as they let things slip after an offer was accepted on the property I was buying and they perhaps felt their work was done. Needed to be chased constantly in that respect. When the property I was selling actually received an offer they were very good. Before that when there was a shortage of interest in the property they seemed to forget I existed for a month.

We had an excellent service from the Leamington Spa branch and each member of the team was extremely helpful. Renee worked with us to ensure all our needs were met when showing our house so that even our cats were accommodated. Once we had a buyer she kept us informed of progress and we valued her experience and expertise when we were concerned about delays. In all a stress free experience. Most of the times Peter Clarke was helpful, trying to speed paperwork and solicitors actions, but sometimes putting unnecessary pressure on buyers/sellers...As a first time buyer I must say I didn't get the best advise in terms of build quality/risks/potential repairs from the agency.

We bought through Peter Clarke recently and I have to say we were very impressed. The negotiation itself was straightforward and we reached a conclusion swiftly. However, the real difference was Melanie as the Sales Coordinator who kept things moving at a time when the sale can drag and a lack of communication between the lawyers can be frustrating. Melanie cut through this and we always felt very well informed. As and when we come to sell I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

From the start of my transaction; I first made contact with Jane by telephone to let her know I was looking to buy an investment property in the Leamington area, in particular, Gas Street. Jane did, indeed, ring me on a Sunday afternoon to let me know that she has been out to this property and would I be interested in viewing it. That was the start, considering it was a Sunday, I was impressed to say the least. From then on, she has kept me informed on a regular basis and any questions or queries I have had with regard to the property, she duly dealt with speedily, efficiently and came back with the appropriate information. Jane Canning is a rare commodity in this day and age and Peter Clarke should be proud that she represents their company. I deal with Estate Agents on a regular basis as I am an Investment Buyer. This has been by far, the most efficient and pleasant experience I have had. I hope, that in the future, I can have more dealings with the company. Because of the way I have been dealt with, I have decided to use the "Full Management Service" which, incidentally, Jane Canning offered right at the start of these negotiations. So, not only did she promote the Sales side of their business, she also, promoted the Rental side too!
