We’ve had a fantastic experience with Peter Clarke Estate Agents, and especially with Emma in the Stratford office. Emma was our property manager for around 8 years previously and was consistently excellent throughout that time. More recently, she’s helped us again in finding our new property, and her support, professionalism and calm approach made the whole process far easier than it could have been. As many companies transition to automated and AI driven customer service models it is wonderful to find a business that still operates through direct personal contact, understanding its customer's needs and going above and beyond to meet these. From initial consultation, through to celebratory completion phone calls Camilla Smith managed my sale in exemplary fashion. Despite many difficult issues arising in the inevitable chain of sales downstream Camilla was able to offer pragmatic solutions, broker agreements and actions, and most importantly take the lead in chasing and following up both solicitors and agents down the line. Without this level of engagement I am certain the deal would have collapsed. Outstanding in every way, I cannot recommend Peter Clarke and especially Camilla enough.

Chloe and her team at Peter Clarke Wellesbourne were always extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Chloe guided us through the new, to us, process of selling at online auction to a successful outcome. We chose Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne as we liked how Kerry and the team came across to us, they were genuine and interested in us as the seller. They were professional in how they operated and were respectful of all parties involved throughout the process. Our main contact Chloe kept us informed of progress every step of the way, but we also noted how the rest of the team seamlessly picked up any queries we had too, which indicated a good team who worked together well. They are real people who you can speak to or even visit in branch, and who phone you back too, and not just provide email updates on an online portal, which we liked! Exceptional Experience with Peter Clarke

Our experience with Peter Clarke has been extremely positive. After dealing with two other letting agents over the years who provided very disappointing service, we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and dedication of the Peter Clarke team.It is short-sighted not to treat tenants well, as although they may only rent for a short term, these individuals could go on to use the services again, whether it be to rent, buy, sell, or let. In contrast, Peter Clarke has set a new standard for us. The entire staff are brilliant, especially Emma Zyko, who managed our property with exceptional care and efficiency. What a shame I have seen a property i like in Stratford-upon-avon went to Peter Clarks in Stratford upon Avon and was told unless I have sold my property or at least sold it subject to contract they would not show me the property that I came down to have a look at so disappointed How can you possibly know if you like a property without seeing it (it’s not like you can just walk past it. It’s in a gated area) maybe another estate agents will be a better way to go Madness

Superb House Selling Service

We started the process of selling a house in Warwick about a year ago with Peter Clarke and found the whole process very rewarding. We found all the staff extremely friendly and very professional. The method and system used by Matthew and his team to set a sale value, establish a timeline for launch of the property onto the market and managing all interested applications was excellent. A key aspect of superior levels of marketing was not only the excellent photos but the additional walk thru property video. This generated a number of very keen buyers and established a series of very appropriate offers. Matthew was a very helpful advisor in a very collaborative manner and steered us through to a very pleasing sale of the property in a surprisingly short period of time. They continued to provide good advice with excellent communication in handling of the buyer through the inevitable questions and requests they had right through to signing of contracts.
