Micheal hawkins and his team have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very professional very proactive and supportive during every step of the process. I purchased a house in stratford and then used their services again to sell a house and during both services they were just amazing. I was approached by a small local firm who offered a lower cost but I am delighted that I chose to pay more and get such a great service. It’s also worthwhile to note the lower costs agents were way off on the valuations too. You might save a few £ but you will lose much more. Don’t hesitate go straight to Peter Clarke you won’t regret it.

I am writing this review because of the exceptional service I have had from Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne. I have sold many houses previously but have never had service like this. Vivienne was always on the case, chasing up whoever needed chasing up to keep things moving, and keeping me informed with regular updates. She was always courteous and professional and her dedication, even on her days off, really helped things go smoothly and took a lot of the stress off me. With Vivienne I felt I had someone in my corner making sure everything was taken care of. If I needed a personal secretary I would want someone like her, although I suspect they would be difficult to find. I can’t speak highly enough of the team at the Wellesbourne office of Peter Clarke. My wife and I were dealing with the sale of a property in the town but we are based in Surrey. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark, Viv and Harry and they went above and beyond the call of duty when we asked a favour to save us making the 4hr round trip.
