GoogleHad a very good experience buying our first home with the Chipping Campden branch. They were quick to reply any time we needed some information, and they kept things moving by regularly contacting our solicitor and the vendor's solicitor and keeping everybody in the loop. In addition to their professionalism, they were all very friendly and always there to give us advice.

Was a tennant for 2 years Shockingly bad service as a tennant Taken 4 weeks to get deposit back after vacating the property Was hit with a £60 cleaning bill despite the flat being cleaner when I took it over
Dear Mr MilstedI can only apologise for the delay in returning your funds. Unfortunately, the case was being dealt with by a member of staff who is no longer with the company and it seems that this has caused some delay during the transition period and restructuring of the team, however, your case was dealt with in line with industry standard timelines and legislative requirements. Once picked up, the case was dealt with as quickly as we were able. Regarding the deduction for cleaning, the need for cleaning was highlighted in the end of tenancy report, carried out by an independent 3rd party and was felt to be fair by the landlord of the property. I recently purchased a property in Solihull through Russell Patterson and I can honestly say that the service he provided was absolutely superlative! I never expected to become a home owner after viewing just a single property but to my surprise we were fortunate enough to have experienced a seamless and almost effortless process completing within 2 months during the busy stamp duty holiday period. I’m sure that we can attribute much of this to Russell having matched us to the right property and expertly negotiated our purchase. I don’t think we would have managed to get hold of our new home without Russell’s help and expertise so I am very grateful and would highly recommend Russell to anybody looking to buy or sell their property. Compared to dealings with a different local agent, I found that Peter Clarke estate agents offer a much more tailored service with, in my view, a more successful business model with superior communication and less stress.

Disappointed after asking for viewing on an investor property on Evesham road as a cash buyer to be told no slots available. Surely the object of an estate agent is to invite as many offers as possible to achieve the highest price. I was told they already had several viewings booked and told me I could make a ‘blind offer’.
Dear Mr Ainsworth, I am sorry we have been unable to accommodate your viewing at this time, but as explained on the phone, we unfortunately have limited ability to carry out viewings as the flats are tenanted, so we can only gain access with the tenants permission. All the tenants have agreed to a block viewing between a certain time, and that block viewing is full. We do have your details on a waiting list should we be able to gain access on another day. I am sorry again, but our hands are tied, as I'm sure you can understand.
