GoogleAfter carrying out my due diligence, for selecting an Estate Agent, I chose Peter Clarke as I saw they put a lot of work into their listings. I spoke with a senior manager, who listened and fully answered all my queries, with confidence. He then went away to carry out his research. An extensive report was provided by the end of the week, providing objective data regarding relative to my property. My property was listed during the lockdown period and began receiving offers within weeks and a firm was put forward and accepted shortly thereafter. Throughout the whole process, Wellesbourne Branch Manager, Mr Turner was on an absolute gem. A consummate professional. His knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic was much respected and appreciated. Buying or selling a home is never a easy task, however you will be hard pressed to find a better Estate Agency than Peter Clarke.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Exceptionally professional and efficient but all so lovely with it. GoogleWe have just bought a property through Peter Clarke, It wasn’t the most straight forward purchase however the team at Wellesbourne were extremely helpful and supportive all the way through. I’d like to give a a special mention to Viv who looked after us from the start. It felt as though Viv went above and beyond to get any issues sorted as quickly as possible and was fantastic with communicating between us and other parties involved. Viv kept us updated constantly and made the whole process less stressful for us. GoogleThe worst type of people. In response to your comment, let me be clear. You started managing the viewings well, provided confirmation by text and called ahead. All fine and respectful, and if this had continued there would be no problem. Then the text confirmations stopped, and after several unconfirmed viewings, when asked to please continue to confirm via text message the response from your staff was "no, we have run out of texts". No offer to use email, or an alternative. When we did try to arrange things by phone, your staff were frequently rude when we said we were not available 100% of the time (when we were free for viewing 6 days a week). I don't think it’s very professional to be 'huffed' at for saying that I'd rather not do a viewing on the one day a week my partner has off; which seems reasonable to me, she has been working flat out for 18 months trying to keep people alive in the hospital and then help non-covid patients get their other treatments complete. One viewing turned up without any call or text confirmation, and we still let you in to view the apartment. Several times you arrived ahead of time, while I was still working. When asked if you could wait 5 minutes, you refused - despite this till being ahead of the agreed viewing time. I had to stop working and let you view the apartment. People viewing the apartment were frequently touching door handles and opening cupboards without much thought for the fact we are in the middle of a pandemic. Meaning we had to spend further time cleaning up after every single viewing. You then told our landlord that the reason the property was not being sold, is because we were not presenting the flat well and it was messy and untidy. Despite the fact that we have passed 3 years of inspections and regular visits from the landlord’s father in the preceding weeks, who always thanked us for looking after the flat and commented on how well presented it normally is. Despite all this, we still smiled and tried to help you do your job and try to get the flat sold. We finally got to the point where your excuses for not selling the flat came around to "its not good to have tenants in there" - which I can agree with. This would put some people off buying and has some sense to it. I could have just done without the other stuff in between.NegativeProfessionalism
We are extremely sorry that you feel disappointed that your Landlady has served you notice to leave her property, which, we are marketing For Sale. I am sure that this is a very difficult time for you, however, the decision to serve you notice was that of the landlady and as she is renting the property through a different company, may I suggest you raise your concerns with them. May I also remind you, that you are not and to our knowledge have never been a client, tennant, landlord or vendor of ours and as such have had no business dealings with our Leamington branch. should you wish to discuss your concerns in more detail please do not hesitate to contact the Leamington Team on 01926 429400 alternatively, I would be more than happy to meet with you discuss the matter face to face if that is easier.

GoogleI recently sold my house with Peter Clarke, Leamington. To say it wasn’t the easiest sale would be an understatement. A new build eco house, set on 43 acres of land both pasture and woodland. Viewings were thoroughly carried out through rain or shine, the staff were informative following viewings and continually updated me throughout the sale. GooglePeter Clarke Leamington Spa are an absolute dream to work with. I initially met Matthew when he came to value our property. He was really friendly and was honest about what he thought about our house which we appreciated. He gave us some hints and tips on how to sell our property quickly. 6 weeks after being listed with them it sold. Due to unforseen circumstances our sale/purchase took over 7 months to complete. During this time whenever I called Renee, Giles, Mandy and Jane were more than willing to update me or chase for an update. Renee took over sales progression and was excellent at chasing other parties involved in the sale. She kept me informed every step of the way, managed our expectations professionally and when I found things too tough to handle she was more than sympathetic and realistic about what may or may not happen. I have rented a property with Peter Clarke for the last three years and have had Emma Zyko as my contact throughout. She has been so helpful, accommodating and supportive when I was given notice to move out due to the landlord deciding to sell the property. This was very stressful but Emma's support through the process really helped to make it bearable. I am just gutted that I have had to go with a different agent and there is no comparison. Peter Clarke's are by far the best!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Russell and the team at Peter Clarke for the purchase of my new home January - June 2021. At the beginning of my journey I felt Russell looked after me brilliantly. All of my viewings were all arranged quickly and with issues arising when it came to the actual legal work of the sale (between all parties). My solicitors also commented everything had been done very well throughout. Russell maintained regular communication with me every step of the way.
