TrustpilotVery impressed
From the moment I popped into the office to arrange a viewing until I picked up the keys to my new home, I was extremely impressed by Natasha at Pedder for her friendly, knowledgable and proactive approach. Her communication was clear, helpful and always sensible. She was a real support throughout the whole buying process, particularly helping with clarifications and keeping things moving. I felt heard and understood by Natasha, and I'll always be extremely grateful for the role she played throughout the process. I'd happily recommend Natasha to anyone who is househunting in the area.

GoogleI recently worked with Robin from Pedder Herne Hill to rent a property in the area. The experience was wholly positive. Robin was an effective communicator, professional and personable. He knew the property well without having to defer information to later, very prompt in responses also. I’m highly satisfied with Pedder’s service and would recommend Robin and the Herne Hill team.

GoogleI had Callum as my estate agent for my sale and he was great throughout the whole process. He clearly knew the local area really well and came with a really logically plan and evaluation for the sale. He kept a constant stream of viewings and even after someone pulled out quickly pivoted and got another offer. He was very flexible and helpful through the process answering any questions I had as a first time seller, chasing solicitors when needed and getting everything over the line for exchanging. Would definitely recommend using Pedder and Callum
