He clearly knew the local area really well and came with a really logically plan and evaluation for the sale. He kept a constant stream of viewings and even after someone pulled out quickly pivoted and got another offer. He was very flexible and helpful through the process answering any questions I had as a first time seller, chasing solicitors when needed and getting everything over the line for exchanging. Would definitely recommend using Pedder and Callum
