I was living in the North East of the UK, far from Southampton, and couldn’t attend the agency in person during the initial stages. Despite the distance, they made everything smooth and efficient, from signing the contract to completing all the reference checks, all handled conveniently online and over the phone.
Once I arrived in Southampton and settled into my new flat, they invited me to the office to finalize the paperwork in person, which I really appreciated.
Additionally, the previous tenant was selling some furniture, and the agency kindly helped facilitate the process, making it very straightforward for both of us. I’m very happy with how everything went and truly appreciate the friendly and professional service I received.
