GoogleI'm surprised at the negative reviews on Google as if it wasn't for Pearson's help I believe the exchange process would have dragged out for weeks. Every time I have had to call them they have gotten back to me the same day with an answer or as much info that they could find out, and they have always been friendly and professional.

GoogleAbsolutely dreadful at customer service, they rarely do what you've already had to chase them up to do, and they then get rude when you persist. Solely interested in squeezing every lost drop of money out of you that they possibly can, up to and including making it so difficult for you to counter their spurious deposit claims. Sent off to adjudicator only to see agent had made damaging and demonstrably false allegations against my character. Never will I deal with such incompetent, uncaring and avaricious idiots again.
We are obviously very disappointed to receive a review like this. We have checked our database and have NO record of a 'Sam Ivel' as being a customer of Pearsons and therefore have concerns about the validity of this review. If you are a real customer of Pearsons could you contact us so we can try to correct matters for all concerned. Pearsons seeks to achieve a high standard of customer service in all circumstances.
