Would not even give 1 star.. communication with this agency is so slow. The staff are rude. Would not recommend this agency for a buyer or seller. Now dealing with morris dibben.they are so much better with there service. Reading other reviews sounds like we are not the only ones.

Not the best service. Abysmal on completion day. Couldn't even get out of their chair to give me the keys. Moving home is supposed to be one of the most glorious days in a persons life - certainly showed they don't give a personal service! No handover, no welcoming card, nothing. (2018)

I found them frustrating to deal with. I phoned up a week ago to enquire about a house for sale on their website. I was told that it had been taken off the market by the seller. As it was still on their website a few days later, I sent an online enquiry about it and they did not respond. Then I called them the next day, and they said that it had just been sold, 1 hour ago!!!! So they probably missed out on a better price for the seller, as I was a serious buyer, and they let it slip that it went for below the asking price.

Luke in particular, is a brilliant ambassador to the company, providing excellent advice which in turn achieved a sale price I was extremely happy with. Jeremy and his team promised us so much on our initial meeting, Pearsons Fareham delivered every word that was said. We were given regular updates on viewings then when we sold weekly updates from Lisa on the chain progress. Everyone in the office were so helpful, always got back to us and nothing was too much bother. Amazing service which you don't see often these days. A job well done by Jeremy and his team at Fareham ......thank you! Pearsons at Fareham are simply amazing AGAIN! We have dealt with Jeremy & Mark for at least 25 years in many purchases and sales. Them & their team are incredibly professional. In fact I was stunned to read two negative reviews - they could not have been real customers surely? The difference between this and other estate agents are that Mark & Jeremy have not moved from agents to agents or areas. Their knowledge of Fareham is vast, I would doubt if between them there isn't a house they probably haven't even been in.

Thank you Claire Houghton and Pearsons for a fantastic service. Without Claire's hard work and compassion, the whole experience of selling my late father's flat would have been a painful job.
