We have investigated your particular comments and have no record of any email being received by our offices requesting a viewing from yourself. On a general note we are currently receiving an extraordinarily high level of demand for all of our services and in many circumstances the availability to view can be governed by the sellers or landlords instructions. In addition we are also operating in accordance with government guidelines requiring us to observe various protocols to restrict the potential spread of the COVID, 19 virus. In practical terms this means that viewing appointments times are increased which can also impact the number of appointments we are able to conduct. The safety of our clients, customers and staff is paramount.
