I found Pearsons Estate Agents very professional from the very first meeting all the way through to the selling of my property. They were excellent with their communication and i never had to contact them once with needing any information as they were always very proactive and made sure i was fully aware of the process. Simon Dawson sold my property in 1 day (after the first viewing!!), unfortunately due to no fault of Pearsons (buyers personal reasons) this did not continue. I was obviously disappointed. Simon and Gina then both worked really hard to find me another buyer very quickly. I am pleased to say i have now sold the property and myself and my family look forward to moving to our new home. They did everything they could to make sure the whole process was smooth, despite it being a very long ride due to holdups that could not be helped. We are so pleased to have chosen Pearsons to market the sale of our house. Even though we initially had the usual temptation to go for the cheaper, fixed price options (Yopa, Purple Bricks etc.), the quality of photos, experience, contacts and professionalism by Craig helped us achieve a higher offer than other agents said was possible, more than justifying the slightly increased cost. Once offers were secured, Gina was fantastic at communicating and advising us throughout the process, pushing things along at a really good pace and keeping us up-to-speed whilst liaising on our behalf throughout the whole chain. Her calm head was also definitely appreciated! I could literally write a multi page review on how terrible these people are. But I'm not willing to dedicate the time as I have already wasted too much time with these useless people. Never reply in good time, never communicate with other people in their own office, don't communicate to the landlord, very unprofessional when they do reply.
