Yesterday they showed me the flat and the agent told me that if I wanted it I should write an email, which I did yesterday and I call today by phone and they didn't answer me, I see that the flat already appears rented. You are an agency of cheats and irresponsible

Shockingly bad, very interested in a property but after our first viewing was cancelled, apparently at the request of the vendor, no one turned up for our subsequent appointment to view. Following a phone call we were offered what amounted to excuses that frankly insulted our intelligence with what barely passed as an apology. No attempt to rearrange the viewing.

We bought a house through Pearsons and were shown different properties by Simon Dawson. Simon was always kind and helpful with the different properties, and felt he had a clear understanding of what we were looking for as well, making the experience of house viewing a lot more comfortable and easy. We decided tobuy a house during the pandemic and the lockdown, and Pearsons had clear and simple guidelines, which made it comfortable to enter peoples’ houses consideringthe circumstances. Simon also went through the guidelines and even though restricted managed to show the houses very well and still ensured everyone felt safe. After our offer had been accepted, Gina took care of the aftersale, making sure the process was flowing, following up with our own estate agent (sales of our house) and ensuring the sale went as smoothly as possible. We had a truly great experience working with Pearsons Estate. Absolutely avoid this company for Lettings. They found an unsuitable tenant for my house, which they allowed to view my house without my permission and then started doing checks, again without my permission, and when I told them to stop they were rude and ignorant and told me that due to clauses in some contract they say I signed (but could not produce) I owed them costs for not taking the tenant. Absolutely absurd. Office full of cantankerous old women and little girls. Very unprofessional.
