We were tenants in a property managed by Pearsons. They are a fantastic company. Friendly and respectful. They perform regular inspections (I believe quarterly) which must be great for landlords. They deal with repair issues well. And when we moved out, our deposit was paid back in a timely fashion and without any petty claims to deduct money. Highly recommend them. 👌

Pearsons was chosen as our estate agents as we did not want to feel pressured into selling or selling fast.. this was going to be our final move and we had particular needs (some of which changed during the process) from our next house. Information was provided when asked for and we were kept in the loop with updates. When problems arose with different completion dates for my sale and purchase Pearsons went above and beyond to make sure our family did not have to be split up during the xmas period, negotiating with the buyers so as not to affect the sale. Helpful and polite team right the way through and where we felt very pressured from other estate agents early on in the house search process, Pearsons were patient, understanding and very accomodating... exactly what we needed during this huge life changing decision. Could not be more happy with our choice. Particular thanks to Matt and Gina for thier help in very stressful situations. Although i will not be needing to move ever again i will recommend Pearsons to friends and family if they ever decide to do so.

Definitely recommended! All over during the whole process the Pearsons were supporting us. We bought our very first home with them. Everything went really planned and fast. Matt came with us for the viewing and in the first two weeks he was our contact person with the vendors, he was always very nice. After a couple of weeks Olivia took care our case. We couldn`t ask for a better, kinder, conscientious person. She was always available, staright away answered for our call, e-mail and all the time kept informing us. Agents declined showing to my son who is a student with guaranteed income but would not accept his academic financial award letter as proof of income for a £1250 rental when we have been paying £1700 per month without issue for the last 3 years (academic monies are guaranteed vs unreliable employment income when people get laid off at the drop of a hat + businesses shut down more and more these days). They wouldn't even consider pursuing our interest with a UK guarantor. Needless to say, a horrible experience. Thanks for nothing.

Cannot speak highly enough of our experiences of working with Claire at this branch in what was an extremely difficult and very protracted purchase. Claire was the pinnacle of professionalism, empathy and boundless patience in what was an extremely complicated and ever changing chain. Claire worked hard to ensure that everyone in the chain knew exactly what was happening - it wasn't her responsibility to do this but she coordinated everything so that people at every level of the chain could coordinate. If only our solicitors had been so organised and efficient! I firmly believe that had she not been involved the entire chain would have collapsed multiple times. I never want to go through the process of moving again, but if I were to do so I would go to Claire specifically because I trust wholeheartedly that she would ensure as smooth a process as possible. She has the patience of a saint - and was the one person I trusted throughout the entire process to not dissemble, misinform or ignore our requests.

We have just exchanged on our purchase through Pearsons and were bang in the middle of the chain. Buying was easy and hassle free with the the Fareham branch. Post sale the bottom of the chain agent and solicitor were horrendous at updating and providing information to the upper chain. But Anne in sales progression kept us up to date with what was happening with our purchase and often went above and beyond with chasing up the slow moving agent at the very bottom working with my selling agent to get updates and providing my solicitor timely information. Anne kept us sane through the whole conveyancing process and anticipated issues often solving them before they became problems.

Pearsons have been managing our property in Fareham for us since 2018 when we moved to another country. We have not had to worry about the house during this time due to the wonderful service Liz and her team provide. They have marketed the property for us twice and found suitable tenants quickly. They have also overseen the purchase and delivery of kitchen appliances, as well as finding contractors for various work projects, both large and small.
