The agents (Debbie and Nicki) and office staff are warm and friendly, and cannot do enough to help, but never compromise on the professionalism. It was a long sale (due to seller's circumstances, nobody's fault), but Pearsons kept in touch without being pushy, making sure everything was on track. I would highly recommend them. We love our new home too!
