Sam, Lois and team go above and beyond for thier clients, they communicate everything clearly and speedily, and I would highly recommned them as a professional and trust worthy agent.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend using Pearson Ferrier enough! I have sold a few properties with them now and after dealing with different estate agents in the area previously, I can say that Pearson Ferrier are the best. Jen and Iain from the Sales Team always chase the sale right through to completion and keep me informed of any updates as and when they receive them. The latest sale was agreed nice and quickly despite other agents taking a long time to sell similar properties on the same street. 5*

GoogleWe used Pearson Ferrier last year to sell our property and also they were the acting agents for the property we were buying. We decided to sell and move in July 2022, just before everything started to change on the property markets. Interest rates started to go up, mortgage providers were taking away their products. It started to get very unstable, and we started to think that we might not be moving after all. Mitchell and the team at the Bury office were absolutely fantastic, very very supportive and couldn't do enough to help make this bumpy ride as smooth as possible, the same also for the Ramsbottom branch who were dealing with the house we wanted to buy. I cannot recommend Pearson Ferrier enough for all aspects of buying and selling, we eventually moved into our new home a week before Christmas, it was the best Christmas present we could have asked for. GoogleHad a great experience with Pearson Ferrier. Lois was super friendly showing us around the property, and we found out really quickly that we were able to move in. They use a software called GoodLord that's really easy to use, and makes signing contracts and filling out details very straight forward. We moved into the property in a timely manner that suited our move schedule, and they are very responsive to emails!

Google*FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE* If there was an option for 6 stars we would use it. We cannot recommend this estate agents enough! Myself and my partner looked at over 25 houses in the local area before buying one with them and we had to deal with many different estate agents in the local area along the way. Some were dismissive, unresponsive and rude but Pearson Ferrier where fantastic, super friendly and always so helpful. They were instrumental in the progress of our house sale and constantly chased solicitors and the vendors when we needed an update or to get things moving and we couldn’t of done it without them. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Sanders and Iain Dawson who are both fantastic and are HUGE assets to the team. If you want your property buyers to be treated with respect and have your property sold with agents who will work extra hard to get things across the line then look no further. They even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate when we completed! If you’re still reading this review I think you know how passionate we were about our experience with this agent!! GoogleFrom the very beginning my experience with Pearson Ferrier has been fantastic and I put that all down to how fantastic my lettings agent, Lois, has been. My journey from viewing the property, doing my application and through to getting the keys to the property I have rented had a few bumps in the road but Lois made it go as smoothly as possible and has been so lovely, personable and professional throughout - always keeping in touch with me and giving me regular updates. This is the second time I have rented a property through Pearson Ferrier and my experience this time has been even better than the first and so I can't rate them highly enough and can't rate Lois highly enough either!

GoogleI’ve had an excellent experience as a tenant with Pearson Ferrier from start to finish. The move in process was straight forward, any issues I raised during my tenancy were dealt with very quickly and my end of tenancy experience was spot on. All the staff are awesome and I’ll certainly miss being one of their tenants. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

GoogleWe recently used Pearson Ferrier for a commercial letting and dealt primarily with Olly who was fantastic. He went above and beyond to get the letting completed as soon as possible - even dropping paperwork at our home address to speed things up. He always returned phone calls and replied to emails quickly, we never had to chase him up. Our 7 month old daughter also took a liking to him, he never failed to put a smile on her face! All in all a great job and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Olly or Pearson Ferrier.

GoogleMyself & partner recently had some viewings with a few different members from the Bury branch & they were all so lovely & welcoming! They all showed up to each viewing on time & were very warm & welcoming to myself, partner & my son. In particular we had been dealing with Lois & considering this was our first time viewing properties she was so informative & nothing was too much to ask from her. She always kept us in the loop with upcoming viewings, suggesting other properties to view & my son absolutely adored her because she was just so lovely. Couldn't recommend Lois & the rest of the staff at this branch enough, they made everything so easy & smooth for us. Thank you so, so much!! x

GoogleAfter viewing a rental property that wasn’t for us my partner reached out to Lois to bear us in mind for any upcoming rentals. Within a couple of days we viewed a property with Sam which had only just become available. Sam was absolutely brilliant in getting everything sorted for us at very short notice and within a couple of weeks we moved in to this property. Initially we found a couple of problems which after reporting were dealt with extremely quickly. The service we have received so far from Pearson Ferrier has been brilliant, particularly Sam and Lois who really went above and beyond for us.
