GoogleBooked a double viewing on the phone. Gave all my details and was told it was booked. Turned up for the viewing, nobody there. Rang them and was told there was no booking for that day/time at that place. Had to arrange after school club for the kids which costs money and leave work early at my expense (self employed). Absolutely fuming at how useless one person can be and my time and money wasted.

GoogleA bit belated this but they are terrific. Helped all the way down the line when I was looking to rent a property, always kept in touch and kept me updated, nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else but here.

GoogleViewing went well Lois was brilliant showed us around the property, was looking for a 3 bed property to rent, had trouble finding somewhere that would accept pets, lous was very helpful with answering amy questions. GoogleTerrible service, wouldn't use again if I found the house of my dreams. P+F Listed a local property with garden, turned out the garden didn't come with the property despite the fact the owner of the house (who is also the owner of the estate agent) possessed the property for several years. How do customers expect to trust an estate agent that don't even know what they own? There was then an ongoing battle to acquire the land which sadly went on passed my mortgage expiry date, therefore I had to drop out losing a almost grand in fees. Response to your reply: I did extend my mortgage a month... any longer and id be charged. You've literally just relisted the property saying it wont be available to the end of may, and kept me on a string for months. so how was that time frame ever going to work? where has may all of a sudden been pulled from when I was told January initially? YES, We had an understanding up to the point I realised I was wasting more time and money. lastly, Pity I didn't mention that?? Its a favour i didn't mention the initial sale was agreed at 100k and you came back a day later saying sorry its been matched, even though we already verbally agreed a sale? So now you've offered to knock 2k off a house that you probably raised to 102k yourself. Con men, nothing more. Its a pity if you knew what you owned and didn't lie in the initial listing we wouldn't be sat here would we? months later and money lost. But its nice your owning up to your faults though.

GoogleHad this bad luck buying flat advertised by this branch. Had my first viewing with employee Olivier who came out later provided lots of incorrect information regarding this flat, in the middle of buying process he left company and Iain took over- really disappointing experience, very unpleasant. I you can avoid this branch- so many much better companies out there.
