A landlord by default as I now live in EU, I was recommended to Partridge’s in 2016 and they have been by letting agent ever since. One change of tenants, no issues and regular photographic inspections are emailed to me. Very good service and it’s a pleasure to be able to provide you this review as requested.

If you are looking for a Letting Agent I cannot speak highly enough of the work that Partridges have done for me over the past few years. I now have 4 properties managed and the service is great. I recently sold my property with Partridge Homes.It took a little longer than planned due to various reasons with different buyers but through the duration I had fabulous support from their staff.James especially is a credit to the company as he was always helpful and professional when i called the office. Big thanks to James for all his help!! I’ve been with this company for nearly ten years and can honestly (hand in heart) say that they are truely amazing!Your not just a number, you are treated as a person and the people in the company will do everything they can to make your letting experience run smoothly. They take care of problems (should they occur) immediately and they are always welcoming and supportive. They go above and beyond!As well as assuring your tencay runs smoothly they also offer personal advice for free. GoogleRecommend by relative so was expecting a professional service. Went with upfront payment that’s where we went wrong - went on market in January they lost interest by March. I spent most of my time ringing them and chasing supposed viewings -then to be told by Paul Partridge that I did choose the cheap and cheerful option- how insulting.- don’t call £800 cheap mayaswell of burnt it It’s now almost a year and not sold so they will soon get rid of me . I have had one feed back from them in this time - this is why I feel compelled to leave this poor review.
Good Morning Helen, Thank you for taking the time to provide this review, we are obviously very disappointed with the comments you have made. We marketed the property on the on-line only marketing package on 13th January 2017. On 8th February we had received an offer within £2,000 of the asking price which you declined. In our opinion this was a fair offer and the buyer was in a strong position to proceed. On 10th March we had one of our Vendors who we had sold his property and agreed with him to pay the asking price for your property, however this Gentleman suffered three heart attacks and unfortunately had to withdraw from his sale and purchase. We have advised you on several occasions that the fact the property has 58 years left on the lease does restrict the market as many lender will not lend to buyers with a low lease. On 12th May 17, we advised you to make enquiries to extend the lease to make the property more appealing and allow buyers to have a mortgage. We would then review the price of the property to incorporate an extended lease. In the meantime we arranged for new photos to be to give the property a fresh image on-line whilst you obtained details about the lease. On 30th June 17 you asked us to reduce the property by £50 and amend the description which we did for you. On 27th July 2017 you asked us to reduce the property by a further £900 which we did this again for you and requested details on the cost from the Freeholders to extend the lease. It was then confirmed that the Freeholders have advised the cost to extend the lease would be between £9,000 to £13,000. Our advice has been to look to extend the lease as at the moment the property is restricted to predominately cash buyers and we can then review the price to incorporate the extended lease. I have also advised you that we would be happy to rent the property for you on a short term basis whilst the lease extension goes through to ensure that you are receiving an income from the flat. We are more than happy to continue marketing the property at no extra cost for you after the 12 month marketing package expires, however we really do feel that you should look at extending the lease. We are sorry that you have felt the need to carry out a 1 star review on trustpilot and google, it has been our genuine desire to get your property sold and we will continue to do our best for you. Having had to remove my house from the market for personal reasons they were very understanding despite the work they had done. GooglePartridge Homes are the only agent I will use for my rental portfolio. It's really all about service and trust for me - I've used just about every estate agent over the last 20 years but for the last 5 years I have only used Partridge Homes. They go above and beyond to look after my requirements and have been by far the best with providing tenants of a high calibre . I have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Partridge Homes and have done so several times. Keep up the good work :-)

Used them to sell our house as they seemed fairly priced and family run business.They overvalued our property, kept sending random viewers without mortgage in principle, if they turned up at all... Wasted precious months because of them..We kept being tossed over to the office junior who did not have a clue and lied to us on several occasions. Constant chasing for months caused us a lot of stress and distress...At no point did we feel valued or looked after at all properly.They took their money without a word, without a thank you in the end. Would not recommend at all.
