Everyone i spoke to whilst going through the process of my new rental property was lovely. Charlotte and Amy especially. Amy was lovely over the phone and always helped massively everytime i called with a question or an issue. Charlotte was welcoming and polite face to face when we came to collect the keys and was happy to answer any questions i had. Very good experience :)

GooglePartridge Homes deserve 10+ stars. Everyone I spoke to have been amazing and caring. I am grateful to Sue, Paul and Alfie who showed me and my daughter the property, we viewed. My daughter and I, are sincerely thankful to Amy for the amazing care and support she has provided. Amy has advised me whenever I have had a question. Her amazing attitude made me feel welcomed to approach her for any concerns I had. I am truly grateful for this because I suffer from mental health and my anxiety attacks have been very frequent. Not a lot of people care or understand people with mental health problems. It is a very difficult time, property searching and balancing life as a single parent. However, Amy and everyone at Partridge Homes have made me feel supported and not alone. Words cannot express how grateful I am to everyone at Partridge Homes and in particular Amy. Partridge Homes deserve an award and I want everyone in the world, yes, everyone in the world, not just in UK, to know how amazing they are. They care for both landlords and potential tenants. I know they care about the landlord because throughout the journey, since first contact with the agency, they have been communicating with the landlord and all of us potential tenants to see who meets the requirements. Hence, words cannot explain how wonderful Partridge Homes staff members are and truly should be awarded for being caring, approachable, thorough, patient, informative and most importantly listening. Thank you Partridge Homes and Amy. If anyone wants an amazing stress free service, definitely come to Partridge Homes because people honestly need to experience this kind of excellent service, in comparison to most agencies.

GoogleI would say Partridge estate is one of the best in Solihull. Being tenents for exact two years my personal experience with them was awsome. No surprise visits, no stress, good communication and prompt reply in case of any work needs to get done by their handy man. Here I will say their contractors and handy man who fixes the repair matters need’s improvements. They don’t do job as per required standards that’s the only opportunity to mention. Susan I have no words for her firstly the way she spokes very soft and in humble gentle and curtious way. Always find the solution of the problem thanks Susan Partridge and we will miss you. Tracey when she used to come for inspections always very nice and cheering to my wife. She helped me to fix few bits at the end and supported me to not to have any further issues at the end of the tenure. Thanks Tracey for your support and Partridge is highly recommended wothiut any doubts.

All the team was very proactive and always available to help throughout the process. They sold my house in the third week and seemed very knowledgeable about the local market. The outstanding transparency and honesty in all aspects of getting my property rented. The whole team were on hand and always ready to help and support me with all my questions as this eas a first time for me. I had my property with a different agent for 3 weeks and had no joy but at Partridge, within 2 days of them taking it in, I had 5 viewings made and we had 3 offers made from the one viewing. At times when I needed assistance, they as a familt worked day and night to attend to my needs. I really cannot thank you enough. I would recommend Partridge to anyone who is looking for an honest and professional service.

I was recommended Partridge Homes Estate & Letting Agents by a friend who had used them and I cannot rate them highly enough. Calum was really professional and friendly, extremely quick to respond and action my enquiry. The marketing of my property by Eve has been exceptional. The photos and video tour really are stunning and completely above any from previous estate agents. From my property going live on the market on Friday, I had a viewing on the Sunday and offer accepted on Monday. Unbelievable. Thank you so much to all the Team at Patridge Homes and special thanks to Calum, Eve and Alf.
