I was constantly updated every time there was new information via a phone call, text or email. All information is provided to you in a handy app also. I would happily recommend Partridge Homes to anyone.

They're knowledge, the way they know what they know is superior over the rest in the industry. If they don't know, they'll do the research to find you the information on whether you're renting or buying your home. Google3 bedroom 2 bathroom house on oldfield road, Birmingham, b12 yet plans show one ensuite bathroom and one downstairs toilet. So where is the 2nd bathroom as advertised on rightmove.
Hi Craig, We are extremely disappointed to receive a 1-star review of our business based on this, particularly as, to our knowledge, you have not contacted Partridge Homes regarding the property or given our team an opportunity to answer your query. The property particulars have been provided to make the accommodation as clear as possible. The accompanying floorplan specifically identifies the downstairs facility as a WC and the upstairs facility as a Bathroom, so at no point are we suggesting that the property has two full bathrooms. Property portals use headline categories for property facilities, which can include separate WCs within bathroom facilities. This is precisely why we provide a detailed written description and floorplan alongside the headline information, allowing prospective buyers to see exactly what accommodation the property offers. If this was a genuine concern, a quick telephone call or email to our office would have allowed us to clarify it immediately. We would have been more than happy to help. We feel this would have been a much more appropriate first step than leaving a 1-star review of an estate agency you have not contacted or, to our knowledge, received a service from. We work extremely hard to provide clear and transparent property marketing and a high level of service to our clients and customers. We therefore do not believe that a 1-star rating based solely on this point is a fair reflection of Partridge Homes or the service our team provides. GoogleLovely team but unfortunately not providing! I have full management package, since the 28 of June now the 18 of July, still waiting for a quote for an extractor fan in my property bathroom! I live abroad sent first email, second email, I was told this has been picked up by one of the team members. I called twice! I was told they left messages to this team member nothing back! Really frustrated because I shouldn’t chase them.

Everyone i spoke to whilst going through the process of my new rental property was lovely. Charlotte and Amy especially. Amy was lovely over the phone and always helped massively everytime i called with a question or an issue. Charlotte was welcoming and polite face to face when we came to collect the keys and was happy to answer any questions i had. Very good experience :)

We engaged Partridge to sell our late mother’s house. They were very professional from the time we discussed the value of the property, how to approach the sale up to completion. They listened to us and discussed a marketing strategy and didn’t try to engage the sale by unrealistic sales tactics or valuation. Their sales fee was also reasonable and we felt they earned the fee. Would certainly recommend them.
