While competitors were suggesting viewings towards the end of the week, and today is only Monday, Paul arranged an appointment for me within the hour. That level of responsiveness speaks volumes. What truly sets Partridge Homes apart is their customer-centric approach. I genuinely felt they wanted to help, rather than simply manage a diary or process a transaction. The service was proactive, professional and refreshingly efficient. In a market where many agents follow the same formula, Paul and his team far surpass the competition and demonstrate exactly how estate agency should be done. One of my "must haves" when choosing an estate agent to sell my late fathers house was communication. I had great communication from Maizy (and continuity) which helped make a very difficult and emotional time a little easier. I would defiantly recommend Partridge Homes to anyone selling a property.

GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the level of communication I’ve experienced. Despite sending emails and making separate attempts to enquire about a property on sale, I have yet to receive even the courtesy of a response. I find it genuinely shocking that I am having to chase this hard simply to enquire about a property for sale. The lack of engagement suggests that either my business is not valued or that there is a serious issue with internal responsiveness.

GoogleI would say Partridge estate is one of the best in Solihull. Being tenents for exact two years my personal experience with them was awsome. No surprise visits, no stress, good communication and prompt reply in case of any work needs to get done by their handy man. Here I will say their contractors and handy man who fixes the repair matters need’s improvements. They don’t do job as per required standards that’s the only opportunity to mention. Susan I have no words for her firstly the way she spokes very soft and in humble gentle and curtious way. Always find the solution of the problem thanks Susan Partridge and we will miss you. Tracey when she used to come for inspections always very nice and cheering to my wife. She helped me to fix few bits at the end and supported me to not to have any further issues at the end of the tenure. Thanks Tracey for your support and Partridge is highly recommended wothiut any doubts.
