Everyone i spoke to whilst going through the process of my new rental property was lovely. Charlotte and Amy especially. Amy was lovely over the phone and always helped massively everytime i called with a question or an issue. Charlotte was welcoming and polite face to face when we came to collect the keys and was happy to answer any questions i had. Very good experience :)

GoogleI honestly cannot recommend Paul and his team at Partridge Homes highly enough. From the very first interaction, the difference in service compared to other agents was obvious. While competitors were suggesting viewings towards the end of the week, and today is only Monday, Paul arranged an appointment for me within the hour. That level of responsiveness speaks volumes. What truly sets Partridge Homes apart is their customer-centric approach. I genuinely felt they wanted to help, rather than simply manage a diary or process a transaction. The service was proactive, professional and refreshingly efficient. In a market where many agents follow the same formula, Paul and his team far surpass the competition and demonstrate exactly how estate agency should be done. Outstanding service from start to finish.

All the team was very proactive and always available to help throughout the process. They sold my house in the third week and seemed very knowledgeable about the local market. The outstanding transparency and honesty in all aspects of getting my property rented. The whole team were on hand and always ready to help and support me with all my questions as this eas a first time for me. I had my property with a different agent for 3 weeks and had no joy but at Partridge, within 2 days of them taking it in, I had 5 viewings made and we had 3 offers made from the one viewing. At times when I needed assistance, they as a familt worked day and night to attend to my needs. I really cannot thank you enough. I would recommend Partridge to anyone who is looking for an honest and professional service.

I expected unpleasant complications in switching the lettings management of my Birmingham house from one agent I was most unhappy with, to another, but Nikki, our new agent at Partridge Homes made the whole proces absolutely seamless, straightforward and swift, and all done in an affable and friendly way, not only to us but to our tenants.
