I visited Partridge Homes Estate & Letting Agents in Yardley on Friday 15th September with my colleague investor. I have not invested in this region before and I was very impressed with the great help and kindness offered by Charlotte and Paul during our visit, which lasted for longer than expected and which I enjoyed greatly. I was visiting Birmingham on a 2-day trip, which consisted of meeting various agencies and I can confidently say that Partridge Homes Estate & Letting Agents in Yardley were by far the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They appear to know their area inside-out and I look forward to working with them and uncovering some exciting investment opportunities in the future.

I got recommended to Partridge Homes by a customer of mine when I had found out she sold her house through them and had a good experience. As soon as Callum came out and valued my house I knew I wanted to use them, he never gave me the hard sell and came across very honest and truthful,. Once we put our house on the market it probably took around 5 weeks to agree a sale. The sale dragged on a bit, which which was done to the buyer getting a mortgage but throughout that time Callum, James and Charlotte kept me well informed and always very friendly on the phone. I think they offered a great service (better than I had before selling 2 other properties) and I would definitely recommend, thanks guys Martin Jones

This is the first time I have entered the private rented sector via a letting agency and Partridge Homes were the ultimate professionals. They helped me secure the most ideal outcome in a very short space of time - a new home, great location with a good landlord! I connected with several estate agents but Partridge Homes by far gave the best customer service. They understand what the customer will want and need. I viewed several properties and the final one I expressed an interest, was offered, completed checks and moved within an incredibly short space of time. Partridge walked me through the entire process, always returned emails and calls, gave reassurances. They are very 'intentional' in their delivery, ensuring you understand the process and they gave great customer service. The guy who managed the viewings - legend! Honest and straightforward. Amy who managed the process - ultimate professional! There is a notable difference in customer services when it comes to a family run business compared to the big chains. I would recommend Partridge Homes to others and really valued their proactiveness when it comes to delivering a good, honest service.
