As we are not fans of estate agents in general after previous bad experiences we started the process in trepidation after a recommendation from a friend.We were made to feel like the 'customer gets what the customer wants' at all stages of the process.Thanks to all the Team but especially Paul who went the extra mile to ensure the exchange of contracts took place.We would definitely recommend them.

My recent experience with Partridge Homes Yardley has been amazing. I was looking for a rental property following an agreement to divorce. Despite being at the lower end of the rental market, they have demonstrated understanding and patience throughout. Sadly, I won't be able to enter into the agreement with them, but I honestly can't recommend them enough.

The best company for house sale.

The care and consideration given to myself after a bereavement was exceptional. The house was sold quickly and I was helped through the process, they brought an issue to my attention which I will always be grateful for. They are extremely professional, have an attention for detail. I would highly recommend partridge estate agents and would have no hesitation to use them myself if needed again in the future. I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication I’ve experienced. Despite sending emails and making separate attempts to enquire about a property on sale, I have yet to receive even the courtesy of a response. I find it genuinely shocking that I am having to chase this hard simply to enquire about a property for sale. The lack of engagement suggests that either my business is not valued or that there is a serious issue with internal responsiveness.

Rented my house in Solihull to a Pro Football Player at £4950 per month!

10/10 Service. I was attempting to sell my property in Solihull that had been on the market with another Agent with little success. I was highly recommended to Paul Partridge to discuss the potential of renting rather than selling. He managed to Let my property for £4950PCM, this was £1000+ more than another agent I engaged with. I currently have a well known sports player in my property who I must say is a superb tenant despite playing for a Team I do not like haha. Purchased and Sold with Partridge Homes- GREAT SERVICE

I purchased my house through Partridge Homes in Shirley in 2018, I have just sold with them in June 2021 and the service was brilliant. I liked the fact that you encouraged us to get three valuations from other Estate Companies and to see what they can offer, this was refreshing as you had my best interest in mind. I went with you and your Valuation was the same as two others, the other Agent was approx £20,000 below and was after a quick sale I think! I sold for the asking price and the after sales care was as good as the marketing, professional and responded to all questions I had. I can say that for anybody looking for a genuine, pro-active and caring Estate Agent then I would send them your way. A special thank you to Calum, Paul and Eve who I had most dealings with. A job VERY well done.
