I just want to say a massive thank you to Calum, Charlotte, & James for helping me & my wife sell our family home. We have lived in the property for over 20 years and had no idea what to do as it had been such a long time since we last moved. We decided to call a few local agents out to give us a variation on fees and services, as soon as we met Calum we had a feeling we would be using Partridge Homes, he was the only agent to ask if I would like him to take his shoes off as we had cream carpets in the hallway from that moment on he showed great enthusiasm & confidence on selling our home. We called them the very next day to come out & take photos & within 24 hours the property was live on the internet. We then had the pleasure of dealing with James who called us to introduce himself as one of the sale negotiators and quickly started booking in viewings in total 13 in two days, we received several offers on the property and agreed to a sale with the help of James & the team.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling . your tenant can damage your house, redecorate , introduce animals , wreck interiors and Partridges will not notice, will not notify you and will NOT help you after. Inspections done by blind and demented people and office does NOT return your calls, But surprise surprise management fees always taken on time. you pay for insurance and somehow not purchased. As a landlord you are screwed. They will push people on benefits, CCJ etc just to get their fees, what happens after its not their problem anymore. Eve came out the day after the valuation to take pictures and was incredibly professional. She took videos and pictures of our property and was polite when doing so. The agents aren’t responsive to emails and important issues tenants raise after they have moved in. Our property hadn’t been professionally cleaned before we moved in, the oven was rusty and unusable. They know we have young children. I haven’t had a single reply to any emails, except the email confirming we had paid our deposit and upfront rent, of course. We have received a few phone calls from the agents simply regurgitating information already provided to us by the landlord. We wouldn’t recommend these agents if you’re looking for a responsive agent to help manage a rented property and we certainly wouldn’t use them again!
