GoogleCalled to enquire about a property listed 21st February. We advised we would be called back once details of when we could visit were confirmed, so we gave our contact details. It has been weeks and still no follow up, the property listing is still there so I don’t know why as a company they haven’t called back. Not interested in time wasting companies, avoid

GoogleWe had our house at Furnace End near Coleshill on the market for about 18 months with a couple of other agents and got barely any viewings. We had more viewings in a matter of days after going with Partridge Homes than we'd had throughout all the time we'd previously been on the market. We accepted an offer very quickly after going on with them and completed in January. I'd definitely recommend them, their marketing is superb.

GoogleI was recommended Partridge Homes Estate & Letting Agents by a friend who had used them and I cannot rate them highly enough. Calum was really professional and friendly, extremely quick to respond and action my enquiry. The marketing of my property by Eve has been exceptional. The photos and video tour really are stunning and completely above any from previous estate agents. From my property going live on the market on Friday, I had a viewing on the Sunday and offer accepted on Monday. Unbelievable. GoogleFrom the start few years ago till now, partridge homes is not just an estate agent but like a family and friends. We have had a few properties that have been dealth with them, and we have to say they are the best around. If you want someone to look after you and give your property the best then these are the ones for you selling or buying or renting. 👌

GoogleHighly Recommended! I contacted them in search to rent a flat. First of all, I would like to praise and appreciate Susan. She spoke so softy, humbly, calmly, pleasantly, welcoming me, which most of the other letting agents and companies don't do at all. Whatever I say about Susan in praise is less. Such a lovely, soft spoken, calm, pleasant and very helpful lady she is. I called them few times and every time Suisan talked to me in the same way, very politely, humbly, kindly, respectfully, pleasantly and helped me immediately. Talking to her was a true treat and trust worthy service. Many thanks Susan, for your kind and absolute excellent service and help. Secondly, Paul showed me the property. I reached early. Paul came there before time as well and showed me the property without making me wait further. He was very friendly, pleasant as well. He gave me a lot of time to view the flat, take pictures and a video of the flat. And remained very pleasant and talked very nicely and respectfully without showing any rush. Not just this, when I told him that I am interested in renting this property, he immediately talked to the owner and sent me the forms to fill in. Unlike other agents who show the property to many people and at the end giving it to one person leaving you frustrated and wasting your time and energy. But here with Partridges they behaved as trustworthy, reliable, very committed, professional, pleasant and excellent service. Paul thank you so very much to you as well. Absolutely shocking communication. I've tried TWICE today to try and get Calum Partridge to either answer my emails or call me back. All I'm trying to do is ask them if they want to sell my property but they obviously don't need the business
