We are extremely disappointed to receive a 1-star review of our business based on this, particularly as, to our knowledge, you have not contacted Partridge Homes regarding the property or given our team an opportunity to answer your query.
The property particulars have been provided to make the accommodation as clear as possible. The accompanying floorplan specifically identifies the downstairs facility as a WC and the upstairs facility as a Bathroom, so at no point are we suggesting that the property has two full bathrooms.
Property portals use headline categories for property facilities, which can include separate WCs within bathroom facilities. This is precisely why we provide a detailed written description and floorplan alongside the headline information, allowing prospective buyers to see exactly what accommodation the property offers.
If this was a genuine concern, a quick telephone call or email to our office would have allowed us to clarify it immediately. We would have been more than happy to help. We feel this would have been a much more appropriate first step than leaving a 1-star review of an estate agency you have not contacted or, to our knowledge, received a service from.
We work extremely hard to provide clear and transparent property marketing and a high level of service to our clients and customers. We therefore do not believe that a 1-star rating based solely on this point is a fair reflection of Partridge Homes or the service our team provides.

My daughter and I, are sincerely thankful to Amy for the amazing care and support she has provided. Amy has advised me whenever I have had a question. Her amazing attitude made me feel welcomed to approach her for any concerns I had. I am truly grateful for this because I suffer from mental health and my anxiety attacks have been very frequent.
Not a lot of people care or understand people with mental health problems. It is a very difficult time, property searching and balancing life as a single parent. However, Amy and everyone at Partridge Homes have made me feel supported and not alone.
Words cannot express how grateful I am to everyone at Partridge Homes and in particular Amy. Partridge Homes deserve an award and I want everyone in the world, yes, everyone in the world, not just in UK, to know how amazing they are. They care for both landlords and potential tenants. I know they care about the landlord because throughout the journey, since first contact with the agency, they have been communicating with the landlord and all of us potential tenants to see who meets the requirements.

Being tenents for exact two years my personal experience with them was awsome.
No surprise visits, no stress, good communication and prompt reply in case of any work needs to get done by their handy man.
Here I will say their contractors and handy man who fixes the repair matters need’s improvements. They don’t do job as per required standards that’s the only opportunity to mention.
Susan I have no words for her firstly the way she spokes very soft and in humble gentle and curtious way. Always find the solution of the problem thanks Susan Partridge and we will miss you.
Tracey when she used to come for inspections always very nice and cheering to my wife. She helped me to fix few bits at the end and supported me to not to have any further issues at the end of the tenure.
