Charlotte particularly went out of her way to keep us updated on every detail along the way and explained everything perfectly to us. I expected unpleasant complications in switching the lettings management of my Birmingham house from one agent I was most unhappy with, to another, but Nikki, our new agent at Partridge Homes made the whole proces absolutely seamless, straightforward and swift, and all done in an affable and friendly way, not only to us but to our tenants. I am relieved and grateful to Nikki, very pleased we are in her competent hands now, and highly recommend her and Partridge Homes without reservation

I was recommended Partridge Homes Estate & Letting Agents by a friend who had used them and I cannot rate them highly enough. Calum was really professional and friendly, extremely quick to respond and action my enquiry. The marketing of my property by Eve has been exceptional. The photos and video tour really are stunning and completely above any from previous estate agents. From my property going live on the market on Friday, I had a viewing on the Sunday and offer accepted on Monday. Unbelievable. Thank you so much to all the Team at Patridge Homes and special thanks to Calum, Eve and Alf.

GoogleCalled to enquire about a property listed 21st February. We advised we would be called back once details of when we could visit were confirmed, so we gave our contact details. It has been weeks and still no follow up, the property listing is still there so I don’t know why as a company they haven’t called back. Not interested in time wasting companies, avoid

The care and consideration given to myself after a bereavement was exceptional. The house was sold quickly and I was helped through the process, they brought an issue to my attention which I will always be grateful for.
