5* Partridge Homes!

Recommend to anybody looking for a genuine and honest estate agent. I have had so many poor experiences with estate agents in the past, if only I had discovered Kevin and his team a few years ago. They have recently sold an apartment for me in Solihull and I will be calling on them again during the year to sell a couple more properties. Genuine people, regular calls and constant updates during the sales progress which is often where most agents fail! Keep up the great work and definitely a 5* review from me!

Great Service/FANTASTIC Aftercare

I cannot praise the Sales Team at Partridge Homes enough! I recently purchased a property from them and was Sold on the property before viewing (you are ahead of your times with the videos you do). Once I went to the property to view it in the flesh I knew straight away that it was the home for my family. The Gentleman that I met at the property (Alf/Alfred) was great and answered all questions we had at the viewing and took pride in what he was telling us.James & Becky were very polite and knowledgeable at all times throughout the negotiation process and the after sales (Sales Progression I think you say in your lingo) provided by Kevin & Charlotte and was exceptional. I have recommended you to everyone I know that is buying or selling a property (subject to a bottle of wine for each one that uses you haha). Highly recommend as I think you can tell! I was looking for an Estate Agents and was advised to give you a call by a friend. I had three Agents out to provide me with a Valuation. I felt comfortable the second you came into the property and you were not hard sell and seemed to actually listen to me. This was totally the opposite experience to the other two Agents who were more interested in talking about themselves and how great they were. If anyone is looking to sell a property I cannot speak highly enough of the service, care and sales skills at Partridge Homes. Although you guys are a Family Run Business it is great to see you don't just rely on this and seem to be cutting edge on the technology side (we loved the video tour you did for us, a real keepsake for many years to come).Thanks Again. Great service & communication

One of my "must haves" when choosing an estate agent to sell my late fathers house was communication. I had great communication from Maizy (and continuity) which helped make a very difficult and emotional time a little easier. I would defiantly recommend Partridge Homes to anyone selling a property.

Me and my partner have put our property…

Me and my partner have put our property on the market with Partridge Homes and we are delighted with the service so far. Eve came out the day after the valuation to take pictures and was incredibly professional. She took videos and pictures of our property and was polite when doing so. She also got drone footage for the video and took time showing our children who loved it. The pictures and video look great and we have already got viewings booked in.

Probably the least responsive agents I’ve ever dealt with

The agents aren’t responsive to emails and important issues tenants raise after they have moved in. Our property hadn’t been professionally cleaned before we moved in, the oven was rusty and unusable. They know we have young children. I haven’t had a single reply to any emails, except the email confirming we had paid our deposit and upfront rent, of course. We have received a few phone calls from the agents simply regurgitating information already provided to us by the landlord. We wouldn’t recommend these agents if you’re looking for a responsive agent to help manage a rented property and we certainly wouldn’t use them again!

Partridge Homes are the only agent I will use for my rental portfolio. It's really all about service and trust for me - I've used just about every estate agent over the last 20 years but for the last 5 years I have only used Partridge Homes. They go above and beyond to look after my requirements and have been by far the best with providing tenants of a high calibre .
