We had the house valued on the Wednesday, we were talked through exactly what the value of the house was and what about the house, area, and amenities made it worth that much. On the Thursday we agreed to put it on the market with Partridge Homes, our first viewing came on Friday. We had a viewing Tuesday, and two on Wednesday. Both viewers on Wednesday offered asking price and we accepted.It took 7 days from putting the home on the market, to agreeing a sale.Throughout the sale, Partridge Homes were extremely open about what was happening in each step, and were on top of the solicitors every day to make sure things were moving along.

We had a few issues with our purchase which almost caused us to miss out on this opportunity, however, Paul was instrumental in saving the day for us. They recently found me a new tenant within a few days of them advertising it and it was all dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend!

Very Good Service, Purchased a buy to let via your Yardley Office and now I use your Lettings Branch to manage the property. Very good on the sales side when I purchased and the lettings staff are an absolute delight to deal with, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Great Service....Would Recommend to all Landlords, I have used you twice now and both times I have been so impressed. The letting staff always update me, call me back promptly and the tenants have been very good. I receive the rent on time each month and always provided a receipt of payment for my accounting and the inspections you carry out are very informative with photographs.
