GoogleAs property managers go I couldn't think of more decent and efficient firm, and that comes with about 12 years of experience! GoogleI am disappointed with the racism and assault i get from M.K. He comes to my business as property management but he is trying to get in my private draws and assaulting my staff and my self. There is lack of communication as well he will not answer any phone or email just emails when he is coming for inspection then walks to shout around the shop. I am not happy with this at all and all my patience to this is leaving me.

(November 2025) July 2025 - A first class experience in all respects in managing a tenancy transfer and deposit transfer arrangement to secure my family accommodation. GoogleMy mother is 97, as a sole family member caring for her it is very difficult, you no patience with our situation, despite no emails from you since September about payments which we could have easily discussed and sorted. You've just lumped us a huge admin fee and threatened to take her to court. No warning or emails sent from September to November. Shame on you.

GoogleOur experience with Parsons Son and Basley has been incredibly good. We would like to standout the remarkable work of a great team: Lucy and Simon. They were a huge support, not only on a proffessional level but also on a personal level. We were first time buyers, scared, not knowing what to expect, confused about the buying process, having communication problems with our own solicitor and Lucy and Simon became a key part to make our life much easier. Always available to give us advise, kept us inform at every stage going above and beyond to make the sale as smooth as possible during a very stressful time for us. We were looking for a property asap and were in a rush, we viewed the property and thanks to the efficiency and support of the Lettings team we had moved in within 10 days of the initial viewing.
