GooglePark and Bailey have been absolutely amazing! They sold our house faster than we ever thought possible. Before we were even on the market, they let us view a property we completely fell in love with, and that gave us the push we needed to sell our first family home. The photos hadn’t even been taken yet, but they were confident our house was just what buyers were looking for. They were right, within a week we’d sold and had our offer accepted on our forever home. All of this happened without any pushy sales tactics, just genuine support. We honestly couldn’t be happier!

GooglePark & Bailey recently helped us to sell my aunt's house and made what could have been a stressful process into a straightforward one. I live an hour and a half's drive away so they handled things such as weekly checks on the house and coordinated access to the house for various trade people who were recommended such as cleaners, gardeners etc. Communication at all times was excellent and they were very patient and courteous with my elderly father. The progression team worked efficiently to move the process on and I felt very grateful once the sale was complete. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
