We just wanted to say a massive thank you to Luke, Ruby and Ivan. From Luke's very first visit, right through to all the viewings, you have all been absolutely fantastic. We were a bag of nerves and really weren't looking forward to the whole process of selling our home, but you answered every question we had and put our minds at rest whenever we had any concerns. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Our house went live on the Wednesday, and by Monday it was sold! We genuinely couldn't be happier with the outcome. Before choosing you, we had three separate valuations. Two of the agents significantly undervalued our home, and we almost decided not to move at all. Then we met Luke... and the rest is history! A special thank you also goes to Headley, the Director, for producing such an amazing marketing video and running a fantastic social media campaign. It really showcased our home beautifully and undoubtedly helped generate so much interest. We'd also like to thank your photographer for capturing such stunning photos of our home. We'll definitely be keeping copies of both the photos and the video, they're a wonderful keepsake and will always have a place in our family album. We asked Park & Bailey to value our property in Chipstead following recommendations. Hadley was very impressive - both knowledgeable and professional. He gave us his honest view of the market and value. We loved Hadley’s 60second video, we thought this really added great value to the marketing. The approach via social media channels is clearly the way forward. The duo of Ruby and Luke were a brilliant team taking the marketing forward and chasing down applicants. We had several viewings the first weekend and they gave feedback on all viewings in a timely manner. Selling my house has been one of the most stressful things I've ever done. But Park and Bailey have managed to sell it twice, 2 weeks after it going on the market. I've never sold before, so I felt really clueless but I felt supported and in good hands. Luke kept me updated the whole time, letting me know of every piece of feedback and he also put up with my late night stressed emails without frustration. Ruby was always so respectful of my house and I felt like, by the end of the sale, she knew my house better than me. I was also told by a prospective buyer that she would not let them open some things, which meant a lot as a seller as it felt like my privacy was really respected.
